I work for Marcos in temple and never in my life would I give something like this out .my box was literally flipped upside down when handed to me by the employee ( which was the only one in there )while I’m sure most the employees were outside by their cars talking while phones were ringing and orders were coming in .no sense of urgency what so ever

We went to Marcos on Memorial Day Monday to give ourselves a break due to the weekend activities. Ordering online for a pick up, we had to wait 45 minutes for our order to be finished. My wife visited Marcos the next day to share our poor customer service experience. Mike the owner was gracious to promise a credit towards our next order. Mike said “just call in your order and we will take care of you.” Today we decided to use that credit but sadly, there is no record of the credit promised. Thanks for the thought Marcos in China Spring but when the owner of the store drops the ball you know customer service is going to be an ongoing issue.

I’ve always done carryout, so not so sure about atmosphere. However, I have never been disappointed here. Food is delivered guick and hot. Never have to wait. The kids which work here are on the ball. Would recommend.

Always had a great experience until today. We live in CS school district but our address is Valley Mills which causes us to be out of their map range. They have always delivered anyways no issue. Tonight I explained the situation the guy that answered the phone he says oh yeah we do that all the time I just need my manager to override it, puts me on hold, comes back and says his manager won’t let him. Says they aren’t allowed to go outside their map- YOU JUST SAID YOU DO IT ALL THE TIME! And I have pizza delivered here all the time! What?!?!

My pizza was supposed to be ready by 6:33 pm. It was almost 7:00 pm before they brought out my order. They have 2 curbside spots and they were full so I parked right beside the 2 curbside spots. Easily in plain view of the worker behind the counter. If I wasn’t crippled I would have went in and got my pizza. I drove 22 miles to get the pizza now the 22 miles back home and the pizza is cold.
