I just walked in 5 minutes before you closed and Allyson didn’t think twice about taking an order. She made it efficient, and delicious.

I was very disappointed as I was paying with a credit card that I could not leave a tip. It is embarrassing and a little shameful on the owners’ part to not make it easy for us to give a $10 tip to someone who is working late and doing things the right way.

I bought something very simple, just the chicken and cheese roll. That’s $3. I’ve had this on another Subway in Granville and it was really good. It was with the white American cheese and it was nice and hot. Well I ordered two of them tonight, one for me and one for my daughter. They were awful! She made them with the yellow shredded cheese Aunt. When I asked for extra cheese I was told no because they can’t add the cost which makes no sense. When I bit into it, the first bite was okay. The second bite I got unmelted cold cheese and chicken. We threw them away. I do have a picture. Very disappointed. I never got one smile and not one person asked me how I was doing or even said hello. I waited in line even though there was only one person ahead of me already being helped and there were two employees. One employee was busy. The other employee was standing at the register. I heard the female employee say to the male employee and gesture towards me to help me and he basically flat out refused. I won’t be back.

Quick and easy service. They were open later than most shops and kindly let us dine in as they closed and cleaned up shop. Told us not to rush since they had to clean up other stuff anyways.

Again more people that can’t read can’t find one subway that knows how to serve what a customer asks for. Ordered sandwiches on Italian and herb and cheese. Got two flat bread orders. And both sandwiches are cold. Had to put it in the oven to reheat. Subway has such horrible training capabilities. The GM should be ashamed of their stores.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was a bad experience. I came to this Subway on Sunday, July 6th, 2025, around 8:44 AM. I’ve always known this location to open at 6 AM, so I had no idea the hours had changed. When I walked in, the lady working mumbled something to me I honestly thought she was just greeting me, not saying they weren’t open.

Meanwhile, she was in the middle of making two subs for an online order. So I’m standing there confused like… you’re telling me you’re closed, but you can make food for an online order and hand it to someone before 9 AM? Then when a guy came in after me, she suddenly spoke up louder and clearly said they don’t open until 9 AM. If you’re going to let people know, say it loud and clear the first time.

I get that online orders might have a different system, but it makes no sense to be making and handing out food while telling walk-ins you’re closed. The whole situation felt off, unprofessional, and inconsistent. She even had one of her AirPods in while working, which probably explains why she was mumbling to me in the first place. I didn’t even think that was allowed at Subway.

If the store hours changed, cool but communicate it clearly to everyone, treat people fairly, and be consistent with your service. That’s basic customer service.

The young man working at this Subway did an amazing job. He made sure our ingredients were fresh and was very attentive to how we wanted our food prepared. He even put an extra sticker on my sandwhich so we could tell our sandwiches apart(mine was vegetarian). 10/10 would recommend. We will be back.

We got three subs at this subway. They all turned out great. I tend to really enjoy the toppings and like a few extras here and there, and they did a great job accommodating. I love Subway and eat it often and this was my first time at this subway. They did a fine job.

Place is trash. Two visits in a row I asked for the All-American. (#10). Last visit the chick put bologna on it. So I inquired, as one would, “That doesn’t look like what I ordered”

You ordered the number 11, right??

No, the all American, it comes with turkey, bacon and ham.

Either way. I received the same service today when I had to tell the employee what I wanted multiple times and she got it wrong a THIRD time. I lost my patience, so I said “you know what? —never mind” and I left
