The staff makes the experience. Unfortunately staff from 7/6, don’t follow subway app promotions and was rude. Hispanic/Asian, Older Black Lady, and Younger Light Skin. The younger lady was pleasant. It’s like Jimmy Johns will be getting my money. I used to love subway. Can’t even buy bread. Smh. Just not the same, since Jared. Taste is off, options, rewards, and more. Least favorite app, especially for food. If it works. Just a unpleasant experience, I won’t wait another 4 years to give Subway another chance. I’m done. Best of luck with your staff and loosing chain.

The young man working at this Subway did an amazing job. He made sure our ingredients were fresh and was very attentive to how we wanted our food prepared. He even put an extra sticker on my sandwhich so we could tell our sandwiches apart(mine was vegetarian). 10/10 would recommend. We will be back.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. I’ve put 2 orders through online in the last week and a half, BOTH times I am missing things from my order. 1st time was my 2 sides, and the most recent time, today (8/27/22), I am missing a WHOLE sub, chips, and cookie. What the hell is going on at this location???How incompetent are your employees? It’s pathetic. Location needs to get a grip.

Not going back to this location had to many times of bad service or food. Employees always act like it’s a huge inconvenience your even there to order food. Last couple times I have been here they are out of a certain kind of meat and cant make more or cant get more even with a little wait during normal busy hours where they should be fully stocked. Employees just have no customer service experience or any sense of urgency.

This store is a coin toss. Sometimes the service is fast, and other times (like today) you can watch grass grow quicker than these people move. I have gone there once a week for about a year and it’s about 50/50 for service speed.

Worst subway I have ever been to! I have gone to this location at least 10 times since it is right by my work, and every single time I am in complete disbelief. The employees have the personality of a wet carrot and act as if they are doing you a favor by preparing your food. I am sure a slug could make a sub faster then any employee there. And on top of that you would assume if it took so long to make your sub it would be assembled half way decent with even condiment distribution… Nope. Total garbage… Something needs to change.

Ordered food online at 8:09 pm on 10/5/2020. Food was scheduled to be ready for pick up at 8:30. When I arrived at 8:30 food had not been made. Food was not started on until 8:40 pm. Working was not wearing a mask while making food or talking with customers. Worker handed customer straw, lid, and cup with no gloves on. Her attitude was very rude slamming doors and slamming food onto counters and subs. Did not receive food until 8:56.

Very poor service! I will not go back here! What a shame because before they had awesome service. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come out to provide service and was yelled at to hang up my phone call or he would not take my order. I asked for a manager and he refused to get one. I was not being rude on my phone without paying attention, I was able to give my order and was not ignoring him. It was the worst experience being treated like this.

Came in with one customer ahead and a large sub order ahead of us. The customer ahead of us walked out after his order was toasted and sat waiting to be finished for 15 minutes. We waited around 20 minutes for service. The employee seemed stressed and a bit upset. I’ve never really had any issues here before.
