Drive through… first time. Appreciate the patience of the gentleman serving me! 3 different subs. All turned out perfect.

Had wondered where the salads had gone. Turned out in the small print. You can order (not required) by sandwich. I had a a Philly salad. It was good. Enjoyed the steak on lettuce.

husband received a coupon in his email. he copied code but , but since he does not have email on phone manager refused to honor code. the sub maker was a fantastic gentleman, but the manager was a cocky unfriendly woman. had it not been for the excellent friendly service we would have walked out without paying. date of service 7/1/23 time approx 5:30pm

Always the rudest employees. I typically avoid this location because it has almost always been this way but stopped in today because I was running late and didn’t have time to go out of my way. Nothing has changed. No greeting from employee, just a blank stare. Cashier just gave me my total, did not ask if I wanted a meal (I did). Then I had to ask for my cup after I paid for the meal. No smile, thanks, have a nice day. Just lots of smug looks. Sorry to bother you with my patronage. Don’t worry. It won’t happen again.

We visited the Kalamazoo Ave and 68th St. Subway on Monday, July 10. They were extremely busy with walk in and online orders, and all workers were doing a great job! We were helped by the most efficient and polite young man named Javonte. We tried to call the local store to pass along our experience to the manager, but the phone number on their page does not get you through. Hope others have the pleasure of being served by Javonte!

A young lady working behind the counter had gloves on. That was fine except.she pulled her pants up with them. She was sweeping with them on as well. Then proceeded to try to make a sandwich. After all that she handled the money. After watching.this I walked out.

Went to the drive through . It was ok.. can’t say it was bad . I noticed tt some one wanted to dine in but the doors were locked . Food was ok .I was hungry, so I don’t really have a bad review .but I’ll say ,with all the bad reviews you hv here ,you’d think the management would do something abt customer service ..u hv ppl there who are not serious with the work . Terrible.. tried to go through the drive-through… was told it was closed. No biggie- went inside. I was the only customer in there, 3 employees. No one greeted me. Stood at the counter while they chit chatted and slowly put on gloves. Ordered a Spicy Italian Salad- he barely put in any lettuce, and then put WHOLE SLICES OF PEPPERONI, SALAMI AND CHEESE on my salad… didn’t cut them up at all. Then asked if I wanted dressing, I ordered oil and vinega- it was just poured on top of the pepperoni and salami- the salad was never mixed. I had to ask for a fork- then a napkin. All around terrible experience- I won’t be back.

Greeting customers, wearing a hat, and washing hands before putting gloves on goes a long way. Also, being out of herb bread at 3pm, but oven/proofer off and not baking any more? Seems lazy. Coming from a guy that spent 5+ years through high school and college working for Subway, place needs some help. Could tell one employee was newer and just learning the ropes, but the experienced employee on the head set was not doing much to help her. Solid sub building for being new though!

Very disappointed that I used my lunch break to eat a sub and I get a burnt sub that’s not even eatable. I definitely want my money back.
