Ordered off of door dash and did not receive my pizza. Mozzarella sticks were fine.
Also Ordered buffalo fingers as well and in the description it says 10 strips. What it really means is 3 chicken fingers cut into 10 little pieces I couldn’t even believe it. For the amount of money I spent it was not worth it at all. Will not be ordering from here again.

I have been ordering from primos for years and I always get the same thing. I always order a BLT sub with extra meat it always comes out very good and delivery is always quick. I give 4 stars because I wanted to try something new and I ordered a spinach roll with my usual and it was absolutely horrible! It was warm and tasted awful also felt like play dough . I will only be ordering my usual and the pizza other than that I will not be getting anything else. Also the customer service for me has been very well and the people seem very nice.

I’ve been ordering from primos for well over 13 years straight now and the service has been slowly fading. Sorry man but I’m done after today’s order. The only time food and service is good now is if one of the big bosses are there. You shouldn’t need a big guy present at all times just to make sure things are done right. I understand it’s busy, but don’t make a sub right away if it’s not leaving for over 45 minutes later. I’m not asking for a refund don’t want apologies.

I’ve been trying to find the best ham and cheese in lynn. This sub was pretty good small though sub and pizza roll $17 not terrible but Angelina’s still is the goat for cold cut subs on my opinion

ordered 2 small calzones which were over 10 dollars a piece. the menu says 10 inch calzone which makes you think its a round calzone but it is really a 10 inch pizza folded in half cut into 4 slices. would of just ordered 1 large instead of 2 smalls if i knew this. food quality is good just wish they specified the size a little better so you know what you are getting.

He got upset because I came in there to use the restroom And it was an emergency and when I finished And walked up to him to ask for the order. The Superbeef (roast beef) sandwich on onion roll with sauce & cheese was excellent tasting.
The only issue is the menu says $5.99 but I ended up paying over $10 just for the sandwich, not the dinner. When I questioned the price, I was told the menus were 10 years old & before the pandemic. Yes, I get it EVERYTHING has gone up due do the 41 year high inflation & all, but take the outdated menus off the counter. Nice people, pleasant attitude, but come on, update your menus!

Pretty disappointing paying $20 for a salad, asked for equal parts veggies to lettuce. Because a lot of places just overload lettuce and give minimal veggies. And they did just that. Paying this much for some only veggies, at least give us a decent amount. It’s all I ask.
