Absolutely horrible people making sandwiches here. They have special “rules” and refuse to tell you…if they ask you if you want any changes better be prepared. We should have left our food we couldn’t even get how we wanted. Rude employees. Absolutely disgusted by this Subway in every way. Turn back.

Typically do not have a problem, but my “sandwich artist” didn’t even fully layer my sandwich with cheese. I didnt notice until after she toasted it. Mumbling about “annoying” customers while I asked for more lettuce. She barely put any on there! I believe her name was Ana. Avoid her if you can.

The order was placed on the app. Very friendly staff. Food was made correctly and was made by the time stated on the app. The chicken for the chicken bacon ranch was dry and tasted like it came from a can is the only food complaint.

Hair in food!!! Disrespectful, no hairnets, on their phones, don’t wash hands!!! Go next door to Firehouse Subs! Whoever owns this Subway needs to fire everyone, sanitize the store, & start over. Do not waste your time or money here. Whoever leaving good comments are not being honest. Don’t believe me, go in there today and you’ll see for yourself. Went in for dinner paid online. Said the order was done went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. And the lady making my sub dropped things on the floor picked them up and then started making my sub again without changing gloves or washing hands. When pointed out I wanted my money refunded no one in the store knew how to do that.. very nasty poor service. Would have gave a 0 if I could. 100% do not recommend!!! The health department is the next call.
