I ordered a delux spicy. A newbie was told to put 8 pieces of each on. She put 6 of each piece of meat on and I was charged. Poor supervision and lack of Subway skills overall. I understand minimizing the requests for veggies, this place has never stunned me and is more than a docile environment, if you catch my drift.

Place was a bit dirty and untidy. Knives and utensils not wiped between sandwiches. My sandwich tasted like mustard and vinegar in areas which I had to break away and toss because I’m allergic. I notified the girl and asked her to change knife or wipe it but went unheeded. Used to be great at one point.

We always come here to support the local subway and always disappointed. I don’t know how many times I tried to give you a chance to remedy this but always when the manager is away the kids like to play. Giving me a bread that was broken in pieces and trying saying I did it when you handled it. And I don’t like to complain but enough is enough.

The pizzas from this place are absolutely amazing. I’ve had at least two pizzas every week from this specific subway for the last year. The staff is awesome except Ira. The only problem is the drive through. I think they should get rid of the drive through because it slows down the work inside the building.

We love Subway. We’ve been to Subway at least 200 times, no joke. Never had a problem. Love the franchise. Until this time… I’m not sure if the general issue is this specific store or a failure in corporate policy. Regardless, how one employee at this store handled it wasn’t good. Last month, we ordered a premade sandwich on the Subway App. We loved the sandwich. Then this month, we went into this store and asked them for this specific sandwich by name. They had no idea what went on the sandwich – NO IDEA. Huh. It didn’t have to be a big deal, but the way one of the employees gave me attitude turned this into a negative experience. I felt pressured and rushed to tell them what I wanted on the sandwich, but I didn’t know! So, I had to reinstall the app, and find what was on it. The lady kept going with the wrong sandwiches, I guess thinking she could just push me out of the way. After I got the app installed, I asked her to throw the sandwiches away and start over, using the menu items listed on the app. The following week, we went to another Subway, asked for the same sandwich, the guy working (a very nice guy) politely explained that corporate promotes a specific sandwich short-term on the app, but they don’t tell the stores so the stores don’t know how to make it. HUH! Oh well, no company is perfect. We still love Subway. Just don’t love that lady that was in a bad mood.
