Wouldn’t make my sandwich with the toppings I wanted, said their manager yelled at them for how much stuff they put on, asked if I could pay extra for toppings. I should be able to get what I want on the food that im paying for and even offered to pay extra for.
I have worked at subway, and I know if a customer asks you give them exactly what I want. Would rather go 5 mins down the road to the other apple subway.

I ordered online, I put my order in at THE CORRECT store (as I have multiple times, even did last night and received my order) I put my order In, the store took the money off my card yet I never received an order confirmation, when I got to the store – they said they didn’t have any history of my order and couldn’t refund me even though I showed them. The lady that wasn’t even at the register – but was making someone else’s sandwich, was talking to me like I was slow, confused or lying like I just didn’t order from them last night ? She was rude and now I just have to dispute it with my back I’m out of money and NEVER got my food. And if it was just a problem with the app and they handled it better I would’ve have written this but the service was absolutely terrible. I’m so upset and I have nothing to eat, that’s all I could get and they acted terribly with me to the point where I didn’t even want to get food from them anymore

This Subway staff is consistent with their timing, quality, and care. Best one by far, stop here if you’re passing through, tip them if you can, they’re working hard and corporations ain’t going to be paying their fair share anytime soon so we need to help each other out when we can.

Young Man making Sub seemed to have a disability and was having a hard time making Sandwiches, instead of helping Coworkers just watched him. Everyone is GOOD at something and it may be possible that that is not the position for this person.

Hair in food!!! Disrespectful, no hairnets, on their phones, don’t wash hands!!! Go next door to Firehouse Subs! Whoever owns this Subway needs to fire everyone, sanitize the store, & start over. Do not waste your time or money here. Whoever leaving good comments are not being honest. Don’t believe me, go in there today and you’ll see for yourself. I wish I could give this hole in the wall restaraunt a -10 Stars!

Subs were great, employees were super friendly, but the tables? They looked like they were still recovering from a toddler’s birthday party. I spent a good minute trying to figure out if the crumbs were from bread or a secret topping I didn’t order. 4/5—great spot overall, but next time I might bring a wet wipe just in case my table needs a little TLC before lunch.

DO NOT GO HERE! The last 3 times we ordered the subs were wrong.
But tonight was the last straw. I am allergic to mayonnaise, the order was completely wrong and had so much mayo it was oozing everywhere.
My wife had the wrong sauce we even went to the store and the staff was incompetent not one of them would admit to messing up.
