Did not even wanna leave one star, but you have to in order to write a review. This was our first time at the Mancino’s in White pigeon. We go to Bristol all the time and it’s delicious. The service and food in White pigeon was horrible. All young kids no manager on a Saturday afternoon. Our fries and sandwiches came out burnt as you could tell in the picture. As we were still waiting on part of our order, we went and told them about the burnt fries, the person taking the order, said there was no manager to talk to, so a young girl came up, and I explained the situation they said, bring them up and we will replace them after bringing them up. The young girl looked at the fries and said they don’t look that bad and they did not replace them. as we were leaving, they all started laughing and talking about us. Very disrespectful and poor customer service.

I ordered the loaded baked spaghetti meal. It comes with salad and garlic bread. The salad arrived and I realized that there was no dressing. I went to the counter to inquire if there was dressing already on the salad. I was told no but I could purchase some. If the dressing is not included the counter staff should mention that when you place your order. Dressing is only included if you order a large salad. I guess I was supposed to just know that fact. I think I will go to the Bristol location from now on. At Bristol the workers are friendly, very different from the workers at White Pigeon.

Ordered a Rueban. Worst one I have ever had. Bread was burnt, hardly any sauerkraut, no thousand island dressing. Made me wish I’d just come home and heated up the leftover sloppy joes. That’s bad because I really don’t care for sloppy joes at all.

I got some pizza from here last week. The order was placed online, so I went in to get my order. They were quite slow, because only one person was running the register even though they seemed fully staffed. Then finally a guy came up to help. It took me about 20 minutes just to pick up my pizza.

However, it is good pizza! The garlic chicken pizza is shockingly good, the sauce is great! And together with all the other toppings yum!

Summary
Why not make what seems like could possibly be the only two sandwiches of the day darn good so we want to come back?

Pros: speed, friendliness, temperature

Cons: quality, human attention to detail, inedible tomato, no menu online except a photograph of the “gourmet” items.

Called in order around 1230 on Sunday, and order was ready far faster than the 15-20 minutes they estimated. There were no patrons the whole time we remained in their parking lot, eating.

Very nice person answered phone but kept repeating the order with an Italian grinder instead of a side of Italian dressing,

Sandwich tasted good but the tomato was so difficult to eat that I ended up looking at it, and it’s no wonder. It was the top, not well cored and nor sliced. The green, not-centered core was far too tough to even bite through. Basically, it needed human attention.

Upon examination, the right side of the sandwich had an inedible tomato-top, the left had a couple scraps. Also, there was an incredible amount of cheese, almost too much (something that I can hardly bring myself to say!) on the sandwich.

You’d think that with an empty lot, at LEAST two employees (spoke to one, called in order to another), and an order of two of the exact same absolutely standard non-gourmet grinders, SOMEONE could have been paying a little more attention. I mean, would either of them wanted this sandwich?

Our Car club stopped yesterday on Saturday at 8pm unexpectedly. I am sure they were not expecting 25 of us walking in. They did a good job of getting our food done and bringing it all to the tables. Everyone loved it and the bread sticks were huge

Ordered a medium and large pizza as well as small cheese bread. Was almost $50. Wouldn’t be a big deal if they actually put toppings on the pizza. Asked for ham and extra pepperoni. I received a pizza with maybe 10 pepperoni and a very small amount of ham. The aloha Hawaii pizza had like 8 pieces of pineapple, again almost no ham, asked for mushrooms and got about 5. Point is, the food isn’t worth the price. There was a time where this was some of the best pizza even though it was expensive, not anymore. You’ll be happier elsewhere.

If you like having one or two slices on meat on your grinder, a few shreds of lettuce, one tomato slice and paying $10+ this is your place. Won’t be going back. Have given them a few tries over the last couple of months and each time it’s gotten worse.
