The meat, lettuce and spinach was definitely old. Me and my fiance ordered and ate at home. While we were ordering the lettuce was brown, and the spinach was wilted like it had sat out for several days. I am in disbelief that the worker was completely fine with it and was not bringing other fresh veggies out. In the meantime her phone kept ringing all through us ordering. It was so disgusting. Never again.

After shopping at Walmart, I was super hungry, so I thought I would grab a sandwich at the subway in Walmart. The young lady behind the counter African-American attempted to go from one Client to another after handling money, and just put on gloves and continue to make a sandwich for me, I simply asked her if she could wash her hands in between, she did not seem to get an attitude. However, she wiped the remaining moisture of her hands after using hand towels onto her jeans, and then proceeded to put her gloves on. I really didn’t feel good about that so, I declined to pay for the sandwich.

I have to say it, I just went there the guy who works there very polite, always willing to treat you with respect and give you what you ask for, I asked for a wrap he put three pieces of cheese on the wrap the lady african american I don’t know if she is the manager or not, he asked him if I asked for extra cheese he said no, she immediately took one piece of the cheese and threw it back, she never asked me if i wanted extra cheese or not like I was 5 years old and I am over 40. They complain about racism but look what she just did. Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior by this african american lady whoever is the supervisor should have a talk with this employee.

My experience at this Subway was good. Staff was polite, sandwich made to order. Was no hassles and warmed sandwich till cheese just started to melt as I wanted it. Overall stopping here was terrific and will do so again in the future

They’re turning everyone away at 3pm due to lack of employees. They even shut the gate telling me I have to leave. 2 workers are here. I went through the line just fine. Pure laziness!! (Normal closing time is 9pm)

Total lack of service. Went in after shopping this Wed. 6-30-22. The young Hispanic guy behind the counter couldn’t have moved slower if he tried. I stood there, by myself, only one in line, for 5 minutes. The guy never looked up, never said a word, just ignored me with a bad attitude on obvious display. He was more interested in screwing around with some big pretzels. I left without buying anything, the 2nd time I’ve done that. I’m not giving them a third try – the bad reviews are real.

Never even got to dine. Sub zero rating. To the rude individual who turned and stared at me and said “I’m not taking orders” before I even got to the counter…despite it being during business hours…lunch time in fact…when people tend to enjoy a salad…you sir are the sum of what is wrong wrong with the service industry. I’ll bring my business to the other subway nearby. Fortunately I like vegetables, bread, and deli meat enough to not hate Subway because of you.

The most recent experience was good. Love the friendly greeting that I received from the staff and my order was ready and waiting on me when I arrived (ordered online). A little disappoint that this particular location does not participate in some of the meal deals that I receive through emails.
