We ordered 2 pizza to go last night and were so disappointed. Both pizzas were either lacking toppings or missing them entirely. The angry bird had zero blue cheese and no sauce or anything with any flavor. The fig jam had very little arugula or prosciutto. Overall super disappointing especially considering how expensive they are for each pizza.

You want good food, great drinks? Come on out to PBR, off 301. And say “Hi’ to Jennifer. Bartender, extraordinaire. The cheesy bread with pepperoni and extra mushrooms is the absolute bomb!!

Good Solid Place. Large bar with plenty of seating and a number of tvs. Open concept seating and a large outdoor patio. Service is good. Fire cooked pizza with a number unique kinds to choose from. Menu had other options as well. I got the chicken parmesan, which was good. They had a nice little twist with it, cooking it with pepperoni on the top. They can handle large parties as well. There are lots of local brewery selections to find some good brews. Good selection of drinks all around. Think they have Happy Hour specials, too. Good place to meet some friends and get together.

Great service. Waitress was on point. We got the great white and bbq chicken pizzas. The bbq chicken pizza was fantastic, while The great white pizza was disappointing. The “spicy honey” drizzle on the great white was not spicy at all and a bit too sweet for my liking. It also had an oily texture with the toppings and drizzle. But the crust was perfect. I probably wouldn’t reorder that particular pizza again but would be willing to try a different one next time. They do trivia on Wednesdays but we were there before it started. It was getting quite busy and packed for a Weekday. Great casual hangout spot for pizza and beer.

Awesome lunch after a charity walk! The staff were friendly and personable. The food was great!

Appetizers of cheese curd, meatballs, and some awesome artichokes!

Risk-It Brisket pizza, The Jam pizza, and the Pasta Rosa were all great.

This was one of two locations. We will definitely try the other location and would definitely come back to this one. It’s located rather nicely off i295 in Mechanicsville.

If you love some crafty NY style pizza this is definitely a place to stop.

Oh, before I forget, they have a full bar too with some special cocktail mixes as well. And brunch specials on Saturday and Sunday!

The wings were super tiny, definitely not worth $12 for 6. They used to be worth the higher price when they first opened – they were big then! This is the second time I feel like they’ve forgotten sauce in the pizza entirely. Not super impressed. Will order from Charred next door next time!

We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner when the place was pretty empty. We chose an inside booth. The whole place was open to the outside but it was a beautiful day so it was fine as we still enjoyed AC.

The pizza I ordered was delicious. The only problem was that it was cold. I didn’t bother calling the waitress (Emily) back because I was starving and I don’t mind cold pizza. My husband said that his sandwich was hot, as far as temp, and very tasty. I let Emily know when she did come to check on us.

We’ll go back. No doubt.

I called with an issue with to-go order, specifically my salads. My mom and I ordered Cobb salads and she got her without blue cheese. When I received my salad I was a bit grossed out by the bacon which was slimy and chewy and looked uncooked. The menu says they have crispy smoked bacon, I included a photo. When I originally added my review, I had only seen the back and hadn’t tried my food but when I tasted it, I realized they put probably half of a cup of blue cheese in it. It was absolutely overkill and inedible, as blue cheese is a very strong flavor! My mom said she ate about half of her salad but she didn’t take the bacon off of hers and the texture and greasiness got to be too gross for her. I called that evening around 5 and the manager was initially very kind and understanding and said she’d refund for the salads. She said she normally tells people to get extra crispy bacon on the salads, which is funny because when I looked back at the menu it absolutely states it comes with crispy smoked bacon. She took my info (my mom’s info since she bought our lunch) and said she could try to get it before it processed that night, otherwise it would be taken care of in the morning. I was actually shocked by how helpful the manager was, because usually when I call with a messed up order the restaurants around here don’t really try to fix their mistakes. The manager emailed me the next day saying she couldn’t find any ticket number with our order and asked for the last 4 of my mom’s card, which I provided. She then didn’t follow up at all for a couple of days so I emailed again to follow up. She told me she simply couldn’t find our ticket and at a point told me to look in my trash for the receipt… I was able to take a screen shot of the charge on my moms account from her online bank and email that, but she just passed my info along to their accountant who also said she couldn’t find any ticket with my moms bank info and simply stopped replying to my emails. This went from being a simple solution to realizing maybe this restaurant has some internal issues. I won’t post my moms bank info online but if I’m easily able to pull up the charge which shows the date, location, and time processed, it feels really crummy to feel like they either a) don’t believe me or b) simply don’t keep well enough track of their own sales. Whatever the reason I don’t see myself returning to this business between the insane price for a simple salad, the misrepresentation of the menu items and the ball that was dropped on the restaurants end. It’s such a shame that most restaurants in the area behave this way and have 0 accountability when something gets messed up, and as consumers we are just trying to support local businesses with our hard earned money. When did it become so backwards that there’s never any apology or will to fix mistakes? I included a pic of the menu and highlighted the two items that we received that state they have crispy bacon and came with gross greasy bacon.

Ordered a chicken Cobb salad through door dash because my entire family is down with the flu. Almost $20 salad that arrived with no chicken… when I called the restaurant the girl told me I could come get a piece of chicken if I wanted but they are really busy so it’s not their fault. Terrible customer service. How dò you not put chicken on a CHICKEN Cobb salad. So I paid a huge amount of money for lettuce. Cool.
