What a sad excuse for a.. whatever you want to call this place. The food is so, so expensive, it tastes like freezer, and the guy working the line couldn’t even roll up a wrap. It’s called a wrap! Wrap it! Never coming back.. was hoping to enjoy some nostalgia but it was so bad. Do not go here! Ever! The food that Walmart pre makes is better than this trash

So I’m from Missouri, traveled a long time to get here for work. We went to this location while the lobby was closed. The staff were super nice, and she could make a exceptional sandwich. I didn’t catch the staffs name but my hats off to you

Oops On you
The employee refused to serve me Friday May 2. His reason was because it was almost closing time and he had a lot to do. It was 7pm. The business hours say they close at 9pm. He said I could order online that’s the only orders he would take. This is a sad excuse for a business. It’s always something. You never know if they will be open or closed. The employees seem to make up the rules and schedule as they go day to day.

They’re turning everyone away at 3pm due to lack of employees. They even shut the gate telling me I have to leave. 2 workers are here. I went through the line just fine. Pure laziness!! (Normal closing time is 9pm)

I regularly get my family sandwiches here after every shopping trip. Thursday August 15th 4:05pm. I tried to tip them and they threw my money back at me saying they, I make my own money, I don’t accept tips”. It was 5.00, much more than 20%. I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time in this restaurant and I am sure to never return.

Came in while shopping and there were crudely made signs on cardboard all along the order line saying “be back in 20 min”. My husband and I figured we’d wait a few minutes to see if they came back shortly. My husband sat down and I was about to go look at the menu when a man came from the back and told us in a rude tone we couldn’t sit and turned his chip cart around that had a “no purchase, no sitting” sign, again crudely made with old cardboard. Apparently the young lady at the table hidden was a worker and could not be bothered to let us know anything (she said something but it sounded like a whole lot of mumbling with food in the mouth). With how rudely we were spoken to, we just walked out. It does not make us want to come back.

Ordered online through the app for the store. Went to pick up my food the gate was closed for the location. Website says this location closes at 9:00 and I went to the store at 7:10. Spent the money off of a gift card on which I cannot get a refund now. Very very disappointed in this location

The meat, lettuce and spinach was definitely old. Me and my fiance ordered and ate at home. While we were ordering the lettuce was brown, and the spinach was wilted like it had sat out for several days. I am in disbelief that the worker was completely fine with it and was not bringing other fresh veggies out. In the meantime her phone kept ringing all through us ordering. It was so disgusting. Never again.
