Not sure who’s working tonight… it’s April 2nd at like 7pm but the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I mean she even knew she was rude because she told us to skip the tip when we were cashing out.. my husband said why you are working hard, very nicely to try and cheer her up a little and nope she said no I don’t. but I could agree with her on that she didn’t deserve any tip. Just very very rude. he even tried nicely to make conversation and she just completely and blatantly ignored him. I do not care if you were having a terrible day or had a rude customer before us, yes I’m sorry but we all experience days like that you’re not the only one sweetheart we all have to work hard for a living. But that’s no excuses to treat ANYONE the way this female was.

Really disappointing. I ordered online for the first time ever thinking it would just add convenience to my day and when my boyfriend and I went to eat our sandwiches neither were toasted and mine had no cheese. Both were freezing cold which is not our preference with steak and chicken. Won’t ever order online again.

I am absolutely BAFFLED on how I was just treated at this location. We order subway like once a week and I always order it earlier to be picked up at 3:30-4 pm. I always write instructions on the notes for the sauces we want on side and to please make them fresh because I’m not coming right away and today we went to pick up and our subs were ICE COLD and soggy. I called the store to make it right and was laughed at and mocked by the employees and told they won’t do anything to fix it and that I can come next week to talk to a manager! How is that going to help me tonight? I had to throw away all our food and figure out something else I am very very upset and I hope corporate or a manager gets back to me.

I order pretty frequently from here through the mobile app to collect rewards, there’s a note section to put in special requests. I don’t know if it shows up on the receipt or not, but EVERY TIME I order I request my dressing on the side so my sandwich doesn’t get soggy. I can honestly say 98% of the time, my dressing is never on the side and is always smothered on my sandwich. There has been ONE time I have ordered and it was placed on the side, out of the 20+ times I have ordered from this location. Get it together Subway. I can understand mistakes, but this is a reoccurring problem EVERY TIME I ORDER.

Last time I ordered online they completely messed up the order. How hard is it to read a ticket? They literally just made what they wanted and jipped me one of my drinks I purchased. Tried to go in today, on a Tuesday that normally is opened until 9pm around 5pm and they had closed with no signs indicating why. This is not the first time noticing this either. They seem to close shop whenever they want regardless of hours. Normally i like this location but lately it’s been terrible service.

Megan was amazing! She was working all alone during lunch rush and I still got my subs in a timely manner! She had roughly 7 online orders and 2 in store orders all at once and continued to stay positive and finish the orders by herself! Very happy with how dedicated she was.

Service was slow, which is understandable given it seemed like one of the employees was new, but the other employee made service that much worse by rushing everything. Threw around foods, getting veggies we didn’t order in our sandwiches, messed up computer system, forgot what I ordered. Refused to give my partner Italian Herbs and Cheese bread despite giving the person right behind us it before it was cooled completely. Gave us the wrong portions of food too. Take time to go slower and do a better job, most people are cool about that. Be rude about taking my order and I’m not coming back.
