I received two pizzas with no sauce (who orders a pizza with no sauce!?). My order was also missing an order of breadsticks along with the extra sauces. I paid for three toppings and received a single morsel of bacon. I sat on hold for over ten minutes to request my food be remade and got hung up on twice before I could speak to anyone. I never leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I would not recommend going to this location.

Don’t forget to tip because if you do, they ask you again to tip at the store when picking up the pizza. If you decided not to tip they give you a very old pizza, they make you wait extra time rven though the pizza is ready. Purchased a 25-30$ pizza and decided not to tip just to see how I would receive the pizza vs when I tip which is the majority of the time. They gave us a horribly made pizza that looks and taste old. Whenever I tip we get a really good made pizza that taste incredible. This is just ridiculous. It’s not a restaurant where we can dine in and get served. It’s just for pick ups and deliveries. Not everyone has enough money to tip every single time. Some of us only have enough for the pizza and to get this horrible service is just disgusting.

Do not EVER order from this place. They use the laziest people imaginable for DoorDash. Their “dasher” left my pizza on the porch, in 29 degree weather, and never so much as knocked on the door, or rang the doorbell. At the moment, I’ve been on hold for over 5 minutes, waiting to talk to someone to rectify this. I have no faith that they will. Places like this are why Pizza Hut is closing 250 stores this year. Never, ever buy from here, EVER!!! Go with Papa John’s. Go with Flyer’s. Hell, go with Red Baron, but don’t go here. EDIT: I eventually had to go to the store myself, to get this sorted out. Brendon was most helpful, and handled a very angry customer, rather well. He made me a new pizza, and apologized for Door Dash’s failures. So I gave 5 stars for service, because of Brendon, and added one star, overall, to make 2.

Location is just a carryout/delivery store, no dinning room. That’s why only 3 stars for atmosphere. Other than that, everything else was excellent. Service, price and quality of food all received 5 stars.

I ordered a spicy chicken sausage pizza and received a regular chicken pizza; not sausage. I wonder why pizza hut is falsely advised. This is the second location that I’ve had this experience. I was told about this particular pizza from a family member in a different city. The spicy chicken sausage pizza is indeed on the menu. Just wondering why the falsely advertising. If these locations in Columbus don’t have chicken sausage. They should remove that particular pizza from their menu. Smh If I could give a zero. I would definitely.

Thought I would try Pizza Hut after many many years and was throughly disappointed. Feel confident the pizza I picked up wasn’t even cooked today. Talk about cheap product use, hardly any pizza sauce and a rock hard crust. Maybe try again a few years later.

For a special treat tonight we stopped off at the Hilliard Pizza Hut on cemetery road and it was awesome as always.
No I see that some of the star reviews of this place or a little on the low side but I gave it a shot anyway in fact I’ve been here many many times and this is my first review and I got to say they are five star.
No this is not the newest or the nicest or the nearest although it is clean and pretty organized you can tell that the store has a little bit of age to it.
The staff as always seems to go above and beyond being courteous friendly and polite and very helpful.
So I have never had anything but great luck at this little pizza pie shop. Yeah this is your typical franchise chain Pizza Hut that we have all known and come to love which originated in Wichita Kansas by the way

So I ordered a personal pan pizza usually with no issues. I grabbed my order and came home and this is my personal pan. It’s way over cooked and they burnt the cheese or lack of cheese and pepperoni. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Pulled up at 10:35 PM craving breadsticks..25 full minutes before close..only to be greeted by an employee who looked me dead in the face and rushed to lock the door like he was escaping a zombie apocalypse. No explanation, no attempt to see what I wanted, just pure avoidance.
I double-checked the hours to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, and sure enough, it says they close at 11. So why bother listing hours at all if they’re just a vague suggestion? I was genuinely excited to try this Pizza Hut for the first time, and now? Never again. If this is how your staff treats potential paying customers, I can only imagine what’s going on behind that locked door.
Do better.

Ask for extra pepperoni unless you only want one or two per slice and order in person unless you want the call center messing your order up with no compensation. They won’t do anything to help you in store if you order over the phone. There’s not customer service to make anything right you have to fill a form out online that will never be responded to.I’m sure if I get a response it will be the same copy paste asking for me to reach out to resolve an issue that obviously hasn’t been resolved bc other clients are continuously disappointed seems like a case of an owner that’s a penny pincher! What a shame I live next to such a crappy location hopefully corporate can fix this eventually I’ll no doubt be reaching out!
