I understand that it is difficult to find workers, but the dude working tonight right when I walked in asked if I was a mobile order. I said no and he said okay it’s gonna be a couple minutes. He was behind on mobile orders, and instead of doing one mobile order and then doing an order that was in person, he did every single mobile order before helping the people in line. I waited 15 minutes.

Ordered through the app and not ready when we arrived. Guy at the counter said he had to make more meatballs and it would be 20 min. Went back in 25 min and he said he couldn’t find meatballs and offered nothing in return. My husband had to demand he call a manager so we could get a refund!

Service was friendly but slow had nothing I wanted and I got a Philly expecting it to be half decent instead the meat tasted days old it was chewy and didn’t taste safe to eat I had to repeat what I wanted several times because I was ignored it wasn’t unpleasant experience.

My family and I were preparing to host a small funeral meal after my grandmother’s passing. I called this subway to see if they would do an emergency platter as we were running short on food. The girl that answered the phone was kind and courteous and they made us a platter in minutes. This location is definitely faster than Jimmie Johns and my family and I are forever grateful for the kind and quick services you offered to us in a time of need.
