Tried to order veggie, couldn’t order it in store. Had to place online order that took 30mins so I had to continue as a guest when checking out. Son sat and waited and i guess the cashier was friendly as she kept checking with him. But who ever cooked my veggie must have done it with their eyes closed.
All cheese, that wasnt even melted, barely if any onions, mushrooms or green peppers. No mayo as requested either. Mind you, almost $15 for bread and cheese. When I took a bite, straight cheese. Never have this problem with the one at the mall. So friendly, awesome service and awesome food.

Nice place , was disappointed in my ny strip steak they filleted it and roached it. Told the guy I was surprised they did that to a perfectly good steak. Steak is no thicker than the ones at Ruth’s Chris’s , they cook them just fine , I won’t be back here. Kids split a surf and turf , they butchered that steak as well. I expected a better experience. Last year in Orlando we tried Charley’s , much better experience there , maybe that’s why we were disappointed as Orlando did a much better job. Presentation of the surf and turf was much better in Orlando , this waiter had issues getting tails out leaving large portions inside tail. Waiter told me they couldn’t cook medium plus , for 400 they should learn how imo.

am writing to express my complete disappointment with the customer service I experienced during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in to place my order until the time I left, the cook remained on his personal phone — even while I sat and ate at the table. Not once did he acknowledge the presence of customers or show any sense of professionalism.
To make matters worse, the manager on duty appeared completely indifferent, allowing this behavior to continue without any concern. This lack of accountability and respect for customers is truly disgraceful.
This experience was unacceptable, and I have no intention of ever returning to this location. It’s a shame to see such disregard for basic customer service standards.

I ordered the same thing two nights in a row through Uber eats, the first night I received someone else’s order completely. When the driver went back, they said they never received my order. I ordered the same exact thing the next night to take advantage of their buy one get one free and order a combo meal with it. I didn’t get french fries with my “Combo meal”, I asked for ranch dressing and paid for it and didn’t get those either. If you’re going to participate in delivery services, you have to be accurate. This is usually my go to for a good sandwich fries and a milkshake, I may have to reconsider.

Came into this location on tonight first time here, only two people were working and they are absolutely amazing! I was greeted and given great recommendations to try!!! Willie & Crystal are an amazing team the service was smooth as butter!!! I will definitely be visiting this location again… oh and my food was absolutely fantastic!!!!
