Ordered sandwich online. It was invorrect. reordered sandwich. Order was wrong again.Nowhere did the order request a heated turkey sandwich. I don’t have a vehicle at the time so my son drove to pick it up.20 minutes kept trying to call the line was busy. Finally 2 minutes before closing time the call was answered. I was told they messed up and heated the turkey. It tasted foul as if after you vomit and have the aftertaste stuck in throat. The girl wasn’t being cooperative as I explained I didn’t have a car to come pick up the 3rd replacement sub then she raised her voice over mine saying if I had a receipt I can call the manager tomorrow. That is not the correct answer. Somebody should have delivered that sandwich to me. So before my son had to leave for work Im left to hurry up to borrow his car and go pick up the sandwich in enough time for him not to be late.1st mistake was chicken.That’s 3 trips back & forth for 1 sandwich because they messed up and heated the cold turkey that should have been COLD. I’m sorry that’s not an acceptable excuse. I worked fast food back in the 80s and as a food& beverage server in the 90s, nobody ever came back because they’re order was wrong. If people just paid attention to what they were reading on what order was placed these kind of problems would be avoided but people don’t pay attention then get defensive as if they’re the victim because the customers complaining when they paid for food that should have been correct. Hence that’s how the business stays open by paying customers, which makes hired help receive a paycheck,so do the job you are paid to do . If the customer gets upset, they have a reason for the volume in the tone of their voice to rise. That doesn’t make it okay for the person representing the business who received the money for the incorrect order, to raise their voice over the customers & and then putting the fault on the customer because the customer was speaking their mind and wanted to know why the order was done incorrectly again. I was told because I raisefy voice, that’s why she raised hers .Yes I understand a mistake was made as I was told they messed up. They made a mistake… by admitting thaias,then make it right for the one who was inconvenienced by having to drive back there. They didn’t have to use their gas in their car,no they didnt. This meal should have been refunded and/ or my gas should have been replenished. Neither of those happened nor were offered. Disappointment

Princess Lilly Unicorns are my Thing
The prices ain’t what it use to be cuz get a sandwich for 5$ but the staff is super nice and helpful I’ve only ain’t here twice but it is helpfully being understood I’ve went to to many subways where they have no idea what ur saying meaning your not getting what your trying to ask for that’s not here… Great store wish it was closer for me .

Fresh sandwiches were prepared well The Italian sandwich was fresh and good But priced like your ordering a gourmet meal at a restaurant The turkey bacon ranch in a bowl gluten free intolerance was mostly salad and some ample meat on it With not many toppings And with not much flavor at all Even with the ranch sauce on it No gluten free options available for a sandwich And you pay for your meal as if you are getting bread in a sandwhich With not much of anything The soda fountain is watered down And the small chip bags are priced as if your ordering a large bag of chips We spent almost $40.00 for two people And then they have atip jar It was a waste of our money and of our time We could have gone to the local IGA deli next door And purchased better bread meat cheese and toppings and condiments And drinks for much less in price and for better quality And the restaurant was ice cold inside in October And they were blasting 80s rock music on the microphone I did not enjoy eating here after leaving worship services on a beautiful Fall Sunday

This is our favorite Subway! We aunt go to any other. They have super fresh ingredients they don’t skimp on the meat and veggies when making the sandwiches and the crew(employees) are always so nice. I order online a lot and buy time I get to the store my bag is ready and waiting I just gotta grab and go very convenient

I love that our location has a drive thru. It makes it very convenient. Placed order and was out of there promptly. Sandwich was prepared as requested and was very good. They weren’t doing the “sub of the day” deal, so I paid a little more than anticipated, but overall my experience at this location has been consistently good.

Although David (early 50s) was very nice. He proceeded to tell me his life problems while making my sandwich. I was on my lunch break and had very little time to return to work. I was the only customer in the restaurant. When he finished with my order (before wrapping it) he took off his gloves. This should not be allowed even if we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic. I was in a hurry so I paid & left. And I had to throw my sandwich away because of him not wearing gloves.
