Everytime it’s something else at this Subway. Me and my kids showed up there today at 9:30! It says open. Workers are clearly inside. We knocked but were ignored. I did not try the drive through after. Didn’t feel like giving them any of my money. So we just left.

Picked up a sub for my daughter. The man was very nice without complaining when I asked him to make another 6 inch to make a foot long at the window because I accidentally ordered it wrong. My daughter enjoyed her Flatbread Sub and took one home as well. Happy daughter was my Destiny.

Noah was filling in from another store today and was completely alone managing the drive thru and a busy lobby. He was efficient and kind and had a very good attitude. Noah has also given excellent service at the other subway location that I think he’s usually working at. I was happy to see as we left another team member came in to hopefully make his day a little easier!

Awful service! My husband and I pulled up to the drive through around 8:50 and the subway closes at 9:30. When we pull up the young man on the speaker says “its gonna be a while because he has an order before us.” The place is completely empty but we give him the benefit and wait assuming there is an online order. As we wait patiently He does not speak again until 9:01 pm. He then comes back on and asks if we have an online order. We reply no and he says okay well since it is after 9 pm I can not serve you.! After waiting in the car with a fussy toddler for close to 10 mins he waited until 9:01 to say he can’t serve us after 9. The place closes at 9:30! Absolutely horrible service, Negative stars feels more appropriate.

Just picked this up. This is how it was wrapped. Mayo and mustard everywhere. The whole sub fell apart. Everyone there looked 16. The girl wasnt even sure if it was mine. They werent even busy. Bread is dry. Just terrible.

Asked for extra black olives and veggies as a whole and was told that wasn’t allowed. duh tasted good, but manager needs to know the rules of how much veggies you can get per subways request

Bread was dried out. I ordered the Baja Steak & Jack and what I received looked like a dried up hot dog bun with almost nothing in it. VERY disappointed and will never go to this location again.

The employees clearly have to deal with a bad manager some short black girl she tried to get them to overcharge me for a sub that is normal $12 for 18$ I don’t normally write bad reviews but bc of this I’m going to the subway off Coldwater with a manager that won’t try to overcharge his customers and respects his employees

I have gone in around the lunch shift on weekdays. The staff is always positive and friendly, the place is clean, and they make good subs. My only two criticisms (nothing to do with the people or facilities) are that the sandwiches are pricey and that Subway has added a “tipping” option at checkout; don’t subsidize your employee’s wages by asking diners to tip; just pay them a decent wage.
