i would highly recommend not visiting this subway. the ladies there were extremely rude and unprofessional! i went on free hero sub day with my 3 children to get free subs and at first i was told 1 per visit. i knew better and told them no it is 1 per person and showed them the screenshot on my phone and then the person behind me shows them her phone and says “it does say 1 per person. they then decided to give my kids one also and told us that it comes with everything recommended and i said that’s fine but just no cheese on any of them and she proceeded to tell me again that she can’t do that and they come how they are. that’s when i had to explain to her that i am allergic to dairy and can’t have cheese and she so rudely asked “so the rest of them can” and i was tired of arguing with her at this point and told her if you got to then whatever but im just gonna take it off so better just to save it for you guys instead of wasting it.

Very clean very friendly the girl who made are food was so sweet and so patient with my daughter !! She also worked with all of are orders which was all pretty difficult!! She was very sweet girl. Also the girl who check us out was very pregnant and still very sweet!! She made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were taken care of well!! Thank you to both of those young ladys for all your help and being so sweet you will go far in this world never change!!!

It was clean and a nice place. My only complaint is that I asked for well done bacon on my BLT and the employee said “ok”. Next thing I know she puts the bacon on my sub and THEN puts it in the oven. I never asked for the whole sub toasted but maybe she misheard or they do things different in Indiana… I am from Michigan and that’s not how we do well done bacon. Lol Whatever… I didn’t want to complain so I ate it and it was still good. 🙂

Very disappointed! Waited at the counter for several minutes with no one in site. When someone did come out she just starred at me then said I’m off the clock! The next girl that came out was more interested in the bread than the customer! I finally said forget it then walked out. The employees at this subway don’t have a clue about customer service!!!! I just worked a 12 hour shift at the hospital and all I wanted was a sandwich. Thanks a lot!!!!!
