So, today was the final straw. The first incident was when I was in line to order and saw them cleaning off the cutting board. The rag dipped into the lettuce and touched it. The employee saw nothing wrong with what just happened and continued to clean. I left. I then had a few good encounters. Then, I went in after they changed everything. They overcharged me for adding on chips and a drink ( menu said one price and I was charged more). Then, I made my order after not being aware of the menu change and I wasn’t told of the change until I went to pay. There I was told it was going to before expensive than it usually is even though I didn’t get the extra cheese they want to push at you. And then, today, I went in and saw the lettuce was brown. I didn’t get it and informed the worker. He made an excuse and did not take it out of the holder. So, they were gonna give it to a customer. They saw it was brown and we’re going to still feed it to someone. That is my last straw. They don’t care what they are doing. They claim it’s what they have to do but then deny coupons!? Can’t be both ways. Also, tipping!!! That was laughable when they added that part! Who do they think they are!?

Ordered a ham sandwich on Italian bread footlong. Didn’t want lettuce or tomatoes. I ended up getting a footlong with no meat. Like what? How do you mess it up that bad? I know it’s not someone’s else’s order because they added black pepper and spinach and the chances that it’s everything I ordered but the meat is ridiculous. I can’t even remove the ham if I wanted to on the app. At least they got the Gatorade right. I got a partial refund of $9 and spent $17, so I ended up basically paying $8 for Gatorade.

I had an issue with an online order that got sent to this location and when I went to get a refund because I couldn’t get to this location the manager screamed at my sister after she explained the situation and refused to give my sister a refund. The refund was for my 6 year old niece on her gift card. They basically robbed a 6 year old and verbally abused my sister because she was trying to explain what happened. I will be contacting corporate because this is extremely unprofessional and extremely indecent human behavior.

The man waiting on me seemed a little put out for having to work. No one in line behind me. My sleeve got caught on a rack, dropped my phone, had to put it back together in order to pull up my son’s order. He acted as though I was holding up the line. I just asked him to make my sandwich while my phone started up again. I should have been the one ticked off…phone shattered because of their rack. But I maintained because things happen. Cant wait for businesses to appreciate customers again! The sandwiches were good…that earned the star.

This Subway has good service. Subway is my go-to sandwich shop. I experienced a decent number over the years. The servers here are very friendly and do not skimp on ingredients. Ingredients always taste fresh, a BIG consideration. Also, store is clean and in order. Definitely recommend.

Was charged for something that I did not order, didn’t notice till I got home, so I went back the next day to tell them about it and the employee argued with me. It was a bottle of water, he was refusing to refund my $1.89 until another customer spoke up, he finally took the money out of the tip jar and almost threw it at me. I will never go back to that location again, maybe never go to subway again

I had to notify the people that this subway serves old food and never cleans out there dressing bottles a really dirty place behind the scenes would not recommend you or your family to eat here the owners don’t care either there only after your money and they don’t honor most coupons. UPDATE!!! was willing to try it again and seen a roach crawling on the counters I was paying and made a complaint and the owner would not refund my money What kind of business tactics are these?

Great food but the guy was really rude and kicked everyone out of the resturant even though it was 40minutes to closing. He said that they were closing at 9:30pm.the sign on the door said 10pm. One customer came in at 9:26 and he was rude and told her that they wete closing and begged her to make her a sandwich. He did make it. But a customer never should ha e to beg to have someone to do their job. Then he locked the door at 9:30 on the dot. My family and I were chatting outside and noticed one customer knocked on the door for service but the guy inside didn’t even say anything or wave to them. I will come back for subway because I am true to the brand and like the sandwitched but if I ever see that man I will go someplace instead but he clearly hates his iob and custets.
