Giving 2 stars only because when you order pick up they skimp HEAVILY on the food. It’s actually insane how big of a difference it is from dining in and ordering out. Unless you’re going to also charge less, there should be no difference in the amount of food you receive. This happens every time I order take out which is why I never do it.
Changing to one star because I’m literally being argued with when I have photo evidence and literally anyone can look at my photo and the other in house photos on here and clearly see a difference. Panda express is known for skimping on certain products and even they’ve done better than this. And no, your take out containers are not larger than panda express. You have very basic sized take out boxes.
Chen’s definitely lost at least one customer tonight. Arguing is already unprofessional, but to argue when there’s literal photographic evidence is another level of unprofessional. Yikes.

So thrilled to have found Chen’s for excellent food! We are new to the area and have been here twice now. The service was absolutely friendly and knowledgeable, our food was served hot and fresh both times. We got a wide variety of appetizers and main dishes, including the wonton soup and we could not have been happier. Love this place. It’s our favorite!

Made a quick stop on our way to California. Ander was our server. Very attentive.Loved how he provided the service. He checked on us to make sure that we ordered enough as the kitchen was closing soon. Clean place. Quick service and the prices very reasonable. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, chow mein with vegetables, crispy chow mein with veggies. We got complimentary hot tea upon seated. It was very good. Food tasted fresh. The food quantity was generous.Very friendly service. The host and Ander made us feel valued. Must try restaurant.

Excellent place to take the family. Good size portions that many times will feed two people. And most important part, the food is really good. It is not a fancy restaurant, which works out well for most people as most want a good meal at a good price and don’t really want to get all dressed up or have to make a reservation to do it.

Most of the food is awesome. Overall I would say the best in Roseburg area. The one downfall is the shrimp… I love shrimp but theirs is so over breaded that I don’t know if it’s even shrimp lol. If they use high quality shrimp they are definitely ruining it by using to much breading.

We have had amazing experiences here many times. This is one of our go-to places for dinner as a family or date nights with my wife. The service has been amazing when just the two of us or our family of 14. The food has all been good. We have tried many items on the menu and have never been disappointed.

We always decide whether we’re going to go into a restaurant that we’ve never been into before by how many cars are in the parking lot, Chen’s family dish parking lot was packed and when we went inside it was hoppin and there was lots of people there and everybody sounded happy. We had a great experience with our granddaughters. They like the vegetable dishes more than they like the marfar chicken nuggets that they wanted.
We will definitely go back if we’re in Roseburg again.
We really liked that. When we got to the table they brought us a basket with teacups, silverware, and napkins and a pot of tea. Our granddaughters had a great time putting their own sugar in their teacup.

I had brought in my son here for his birthday dinner. Places very clean staff is really friendly and just a delight. Restrooms were clean and so Was the restaurant. I did not try sushi at this time. Food came out quick and the staff was very busy. I recommend this place I believe I will be coming back again.

We are traveling the Northwest & after a day of driving we were hungry. Looked up restaurants & decided Chen’s sounded good. We were not wrong. Service was fast & polite. Food was fresh, hot, & delicious, & servings were more than plenty. Our Chinese place back home is going to have alot to live up to! Thanks guys for a great meal
