I still love tacobell, even though their ground “beef” is mostly filler (silica). This one is right up the road from my house, so Im here pretty often. If they’re busy make sure you check to see if all of your stuff is there, as I’ve often had to go back for missed items. I’ve worked in fast food, so I know how it is. Just be nice and let them know what’s missing. Its not the end of the world.

Apparently 5 sauces is the most they will hand out, i specifically asked for a ton of sauce and they only gave me 5, they also made my food haphazardly and just tossed everything into the bag, half of my food looks disgusting because it had been smashed by everything else, there is also sauce all over the bags

Slowest tbell of all time. Good luck getting your order!
I was picking up a pre order for someone, they had ordered twenty minutes before I arrived. I went in to pick their order up and the girl said it wasn’t ready and she was “checking me in”. She gives me a cup to get their beverage, and I sit at a table within earshot and eyeshot of the counter.
Ten minutes come and go. Twenty minutes come and go. I’ve been texting the person whose order I’m picking up by that point, nothing on their end either. They call a couple other peoples names orders are ready.
Twenty five minutes pass, 45 minutes from time of order! And now I’m angry, the customer I’m picking up for is angry, 45 minutes for fast food burritos/tacos??? (Your customers time is valuable too). I go back to the counter to ask, and to my surprise, yes, the order is ready! It’s just been sitting there! For who knows how long, They never called the name!! What is the point in checking someone in, if that’s even a real thing they do, and not just something they say, to then not call the name?
There was a couple that came in right after me and only ordered bean burritos and beverages and when I was leaving (angrily), they didn’t have their food yet either! They were also commiserating while we were all waiting about taking half an hour to get a fast food refried bean burrito saying they should’ve just gone to the store they’d be done then.

For a Taco Bell, it’s not the worst. They keep it fairly clean and get you your food without too much delay. They do get bogged down in orders sometimes, so it isn’t always the fastest.

If you want tacos with half the ingredients in them and a bean burrito that was mostly a tortilla with a little bit of bean and cheese on the right side of it then this is the place to go.
It’s beyond my understanding how these people can fill orders halfway as if people were paying half the price. I was going to go back in and complain by showing them the taco that had half the ingredients along with the burrito but I thought it would just be a waste of time since people get defensive.

Worst taco bell. They purposely decline door dash orders. Door dash won’t do anything about it. Yum foods doesnt give a shit either apparently.
Also, a worker there uses the lobby as their day care for a kid that runs rampant and no staff does anything about it.
That violates taco bell policy as well as state food safety laws.

Ordered a grilled cheese burrito with extra everything. This is what I received… a very despicable EMPTY $16 for a single burrito. The only reason why service got a two star was because they were willing to remake it for me..

I don’t expect a lot when eating at Taco Bell but second time here and both times the hard shell tacos were “wet” and stuck to the paper and fell apart because the taco shell was soggy. Second time, two months apart, same issue, also the meat tasted weird. I did enjoy the chicken nachos but not being able to eat your tacos sucks, hopefully they can do much better but from reading other reviews I’m not going back.
