This Subway is clean, neat, and well taken care of. The employees were friendly, sanitary, and quick. The food was great, the vegetables were all fresh and crisp, and the bread was fresh. I will definitely eat there again!

Came in this morning.. made sure online that they were open. Come in and nobody’s there. Okay no biggie we figure they’re prepping or something. We stood there for 15 minutes and nobody came out. My hubby walked by the register and looked and somebody was back there back turned away from us on their phone. He said hello loudly and waited by the register patiently thinking they just didn’t know we were there. Stood there for 5 more minutes and nobody ever came out. We ended up leaving.

I walk in and the guy is completely rude but that’s besides the point, he already had on gloves so I asked if he’d change his gloves he got extremely rude and acted as if I was asking for a kidney or some big favor. Hygiene is very important and this store lacks it, there’s only one person I prefer making my sandwiches and unfortunately she wasn’t there. This store needs some serious help when it comes to employees, I’d prefer to not get food poisoning.

The young man that took our order was friendly, pleasant and listened to our requests. The subs were really good. The bread was fresh and it was my first try of the “melt”. WOW! The difference in the sub was amazing. Mine was a steak and cheese melt and my wife had the tuna. I highly recommend this little Subway in the station!

Food tasted ok. Unfortunately an employee decided to take his hat off and shake his long hair next to the food right before he made out sandwiches. Really disappointing & nasty. Most Subways they wear hair nets if your har is really long. Not at this Subway.

This Subway is an absolute joke. From management and employees all the way to the food itself. I don’t think I have ever had a worse experience with a food establishment. Employees were beyond rude and not properly trained. Zero customer service. Young girls standing 3ft away(employees)and as I am trying to talk about how messed up my order was they were literally belly laughing because evidently it was humorous to them. The on site manager was worse. Not only did he hang up on me when I called after realizing they’d completely trashed my order, but once I arrive there to get it done right he then hides, allowing the teenager’s to be totally out of line. At 1 point one of them says can you move out of the way of paying customers? I was a paying customer who ordered 4 sandwiches and not 1 of them was even close to right. Once he decides to come out to the lobby like a grown up he proceeds to tell me that my food was perfect and he will not be replacing it. Listen, as someone who is in customer service, this is unacceptable from beginning to end. Not only will we never stop here again, I will make sure as many people as I can dont either. Since my money was not as important as the next person’s I assume they dont need to make sales. It could not be ran worse if a toddler were in charge.

I’m consistently surprised and delighted by the dining options in Knightstown, and this Subway is no exception. I arrived on a Saturday about noon to find quite a crowd, including two families eating at tables. Employees worked steadily and remained friendly despite the long line. I’ll be back!

Got a steak and cheese protein bowl. Good portions sizes. Staff was friendly, quick and attentive.
Parking was easy. The size of the restaurant itself was tight quarters but its a good one. Highly recommended.

The “sandwich artist” was fairly rude, and the sandwiches were not very good, meat was cold and tasted odd. All the booths were very dirty, and I was the only one there so no excused for them to not not have time to wipe tables down. Smh

I give 4 stars because I do love my local Subway. Hoping this helps new staff with online orders. I enjoy the always-fresh quality of the ingredients and, sometimes, the staff. There is a high turnover rate, which is a problem. Ours is a small rural village and Subway is often a person’s first non-farm job. My online order was wrong, again (said with a heavy sigh). I often order Subway online because I use a wheelchair. Going to the shop is problematic for me. Contrary to what some might think, it isn’t fun to wait in a line at everyone else’s butt level (cold weather isn’t so bad but in hot weather some people get hippo funky with an extra twist of nasty). Anyway, we often order several sandwiches at once. There’s always something missing or something added, or a completely different sandwich that sneaks into the bag. It’s like a game show. Woohoo! I won tonight’s Sandwich Made Right!
