At this location, the food is always ready on time, the pizza is always hot and delicious and the service is always on point. I’ve never had a problem. Also love the pizza portal pickup option. Kudos to the manager for keeping this store in line and running smoothly. It’s become our go-to pizza place (which says a lot because there’s tons of competition here). It never seems like “fast food” pizza to me. This LC store is great!

I order online and then when for my pizzas I order when I got them home I noticed they were undercooked it took me 15 mins to get to the store so when I called to tell them about my concern they told me I would have to drive them back to get a refund. The problem I had was the kids had ran sack half of it before I noticed anything so not only did I not want to drive 15 mins back they were only wiling to refund what was left I’m sorry that not ok because I I know they were under cooked before the kids touch it I would have said not to eat it. And who want to drive back right after the just got home. I own my own restaurant and I would have never made this so inconvenient for my customer I would have just taken care of them no matter what

WOW! Sometimes when you think of Little Caesars, you think of cheap pizza. Even though that is the staple of the chain, it’s much more than just affordable pizza. It’s about a family and feeling like you are much more than just a customer. I walked into Little Caesars feeling down and depressed because I literally had just made a pizza at home which decided to fall apart in the oven. Needless to say I didn’t want to order an expensive pie from another restaurant and wait over an hour for delivery so I placed an order for Little Caesars. As I walked in, a gentleman, bald headed and in regular clothes headed out but immediately turned back in to grab marinara sauce. As I walked in and headed to the portal to pick up only one pizza, I was immediately handed ANOTHER pizza from a worker named Ashley! I was stunned and shocked and needless to say it brightened up my day! It was great and I thank this establishment for treating their customers so right and with respect! If you are looking for an easy night with tasty pizza I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Little Caesars by FAR! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

They closed early; that’s about as good as the review goes. They closed about 45 minutes early. The door was locked, and the staff refused to look over at me while they cleaned.

Good job guys , they are short staff and even though I waited for 45 min I see they are trying to do the best they can to make the pizza and meet orders. You don’t deserve people yelling at you or complaining that they order their pizza 1 hr ago.

Being patient will not help you at this restaurant. Evidently if you order online you have less priority then orders that walk in after your order. I placed an online order, then proceeded to the store, was told the order needed a little longer. My order was not extravagent or special, just 2 regular pizzas that were not hot n ready, and 1 order of crazy bread. While I sat for 30 minutes waiting 3 other customers came in with with custom orders, and left before I did. I was assured by staff multiple times that they were working on my order during the 30 mintues. Finaly I demanded to speak to a manager, who after much back and forth found my pizzas sitting in the back for who knows how long. If you’re going to order from here, being polite to the staff will only get you worse service. Being fast and affordable is the only value to little ceasars, and this location does not have that.

Carry out Karen’s are the devil, and so are the old men who walk in and expect to walk out with pizzas. The staff here is great. The biggest problemise the customers who think pizzas magically appear and do not have to wait to be baked. I highly advise using the app and ordering ahead because it’s going to take 15 minutes to bake a pizza. I am so impressed at the staff tolerance to deal with the techno illiterates who have yet to figure out how to use the website or mobile app to order ahead. Every time I’ve ever ordered, the staff and the pizza have been great. The problem always has been the customers who have no patience because they screwed up their orders and demanded irrational reparations.
