Long line and prices are higher than other Subways, but the food was delicious and the service was generally good. Could use a bit faster moving of the line, and was disappointed to see they did not have barbecue sauce.

Quality ingredients, absolutely horrible service. I’m a trucker I’ve never met such hostility. I could care less who serves the food (male/female) the server was on a plateau with an absolutely disgusting attitude. I can not support a business where employees think they are the attraction and not the food they are serving. I will not return and I hope the owner and his/her overpriced subway food, not accepting coupons or any subway discounts. Simply overcharging based on location. I hope this location fails.

Have frequented this location many times. Usually sandwiches are well prepared, quick service, and courteous. Rarely have I encountered a food preparer who was noticeably disinterested, and never do I remember any outright rudeness, so that is an indication the hirer is consistent. Never have waited very long here to place an order. When I think of Subway, this location comes to mind first.

This subway location is 1 of 5 options we have for lunch in this area. They must be too busy to get online orders right because nearly everytime somethings not right. My salads are rarely chopped, my subs are mostly bread, my order is given to another customer or aren’t ready or even started, “special instructions” options are overlooked. They had to remake my order and needed to go by the details in my email confirmation, gloves on, they handled my phone, tapped the screen, slid it down the line with each ingredient, gave me my phone and order and prepared the next person’s sub without changing gloves. I never had these issues when I ran my store. Somebody please get this store in line!!

My family ordered from this subway tonight. We had to find one that was still open and my husband had to drive a pretty far distance. We double checked that it would be open when he got there. We ordered online and paid with a card. When my husband got there they were closed. I called and they said, “yes we are closed but we have your order”. So I made him turn around because we already paid and its already late and we need food. When he gets back half the food wasn’t even made, and because we ordered online they wouldn’t even give us our money back. They weren’t even apologetic. At least give us our money back for the food we never received.

Had an issue with a purchase. Trying to not make a scene by bringing back sandwich with a line full of customers ordering, I decided to call the following morning. Having no expectations at all just making them aware of situation. After calling and asking to speak to someone in charge, I spoke to a woman who offered to replace sandwich. I came in and ordered, let cashier know who I was and she failed to notify management who was there and embarrassed me to no end. I , who am a trucker, had no intentions of keeping a tainted sandwich in my truck or refrigerator for any amount of time and decided to except the loss but what I dealt with in front of a busy lunch crowd after being offered a replacement made me never want to return to this location again.
