Our Sandwich Artist was on the phone the entire time he was helping us (still is). We got combos. Didn’t bother to tell us the soda machine was not working. Wiped the knife on the top of my sandwich. No lids out. Tables dirty. Store is currently not busy and neither are the employees. Something has drastically changed. If used to be my choice of Subways in our town.

Service was okay but you guys give honey mustard with the auntie Ann’s pretzel you’re selling which is incredibly stupid. Why on earth would you not put cheese sauce with the pretzel ? instead you’re serving honey mustard with it whoever came up with that decision needs fired immediately. The workers were fine, so it’s not their fault. It’s the companies fault.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this subway. They made my order wrong once before. I let it slide. I decided to give them a try again. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch…no bacon. I couldn’t help but laugh. Laugh because it’s funny but also so disappointing. It’s literally in the name of the sandwich. I would’ve even been okay if they didn’t put anything between 2 pieces of bread other than chicken bacon and ranch. That I would understand. But NO BACON? . What a joke.

Lettuce- sloppy and soft
Spinach- soft not fresh
Onions- soft and not fresh
Chicken- didn’t have any consistency and felt like mush.

Nice enough people, but the food is always not fresh. Bread is old and dry. Toppings never look good and i sometimes get sick after eating it. Cant believe this place hasnt been shut down yet.

Subway always delivers a good sandwich, and their soup is very delicious as well as their cookies. Sandwich was put together without just being thrown on the bun. I got the chicken bacon club and asked for bacon and cheese to be heated separately because it takes longer to heat. Then after the black olives were added they wrapped my order and put it in the bag without throwing everything in together. The sandwich was so delicious because they only added the amount of ranch dressing and did not drench the sandwich with it. Well worth going back.

Don’t order a specialty sub from here. The guy who made my 6″ ultimate steak on the cheesy garlic bread had no idea what he was doing. I basically paid a dollar extra for a basic steak n cheese sub. Also, he was the slowest sub maker that I have ever had. Very unhappy customer.
