Not only did they make me wait at the drive thru to order, they didn’t give me my entire order. I asked the employee who gave me my food if it was everything before driving off as he had not spoken to me at all but instead was joking with the guy next to him and he said that was all. It wasn’t. Half of my order isn’t here, the other half wasn’t correctly made. The reciept on the bag had listed the items I was missing. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up my order, and this is really common in all the St Cloud Taco Bells.

On a normal night it’s typically a longer wait (12-15 minutes) for our food here anyhow, but Tonight I was doing a DoorDash order which means when I accept the order it pops on their screen to fill out before I even get to the store. I get here and wait inside for 25 minutes before they tell me it’ll be another 10 minutes, and no explanation as to why it was taking so long!!! On top of that, an elderly couple didn’t know how to use the kiosk and were asking an employee for help who responded very rude to them asking for help! This specific Taco Bell location is a lost cause unless they get workers who communicate better and are more time efficient!!

Came here with my kids. Upon arriving I seen tons of cigarette bugs outside. Walking in, the entry way was filthy. Desperately needing swept mopped and rugs vacuumed. Every table was dirty and the benches at the booths were filthy. Drink station was sticky and not well maintained. Floors were just as bad as everything else. The food had a weird bitter after taste. Not sure if old oil or what. Before I left I used the restroom which also was filthy and looked to not have been cleaned in weeks. The soap dispenser wasn’t working. Made me wonder how employees were washing their hands before returning to work. Don’t eat here.

Great hot fresh food, made how you order it! It’s now kiosk ordering inside so almost zero contact with humans except to hand you your food. It might bother some people but I like it, less chance to make a mistake on orders!

Next visit was a total miss!! Food took forever, employees yelling and fighting the whole time, could not get anything right even the 2nd time they made it! Awful service, awful food!!

The guy in the drive though is always so friendly and prompt service! This is the only Taco Bell in St. Cloud area I will go to as the food is fresh and clean dining room!

Came to Taco Bell. Spent about $45 and I asked for sour cream but they did the one rule that Taco Bell does not do put sour cream under the meat and put it into the steamer and they did that. I don’t want to take 15 minutes to run back up to the store to get my $0.85. I guess I’m going to have to take a little longer before I go back up there in order again. the guy taking my order in the drive through was speaking weird and trying to make a joke by repeating my order back to me wrong. some other guy hoped in over him and took my order because the kid was acting a fool. the other guy took my order, and i checked to make sure it was correct on the screen. only to pay, drive away, and realize they gave me 3 of the complete wrong things. i didn’t have time to go back to get the correct order so i tried to call and the phone number on google only leads to a dead line.

The food here is generally fine but sloppily made and compares poorly to other Taco Bell restaurants. The customer service is incredibly lacking and employees are often rude and seemingly uninterested in their jobs or creating a memorable experience for customers. The latest time I visited this location, we only received half of our food. They handled the situation well and remade our food, but took 20 min to remake which I feel is quite a while for fast food. While waiting in the lobby, we noticed it lacked overall cleanliness. Food on the floor and floor mats filled with dirt.

My roommates and i stopped in got dinner. An order totaling nearly $30 for two people. I ordered a number 1 combo. It’s 3 supreme tacos. None of them were supreme and two of them looked like this. No tomatoes. No sour cream. Are we serious? Do better.
