There is a gentleman working at this subway location that has been here for a couple years. I believe he is one of the evening managers. He seems dedicated, but from what I witnessed the last few times is him getting into it/ having negetive words with customers. This is always a clean location though, and it’s consistent. All except a bad experience with a manager

Had to wait in line for a while. Usually the wait is much less as it was in the evening. Order went together fairly quickly even with the sandwich being toasted. Ordered an Ultimate Spicy Italian with extra meat. Could have stood more cheese and garlic flavor. But still tasty. Restaurant was clean in the food assembly area as well as dining area. Will order another of these sandwiches with more cheese.

Worst experience ever!!! First I ordered online for PICK UP! Once the person went to pick it up the food, the two female workers which refused to give the food insisting it was going to be picked up by post-mate, when I had just received a txt advising food was ready for pick up! Meaning for ME to go pick it up. Make it make senses! Clearly the workers didn’t look twice to ensure it was a pick up vs smh and let’s not even talk about how unprofessional they sounded giving attitude when they made the mistake. Secondly the food was not how it was ordered. Sandwich’s not toasted w/ no veggie, missing beverages. They really need to hire someone that can deliver good customer service, since they clearly don’t know the meaning.
