Ride! Rude. Ride. After standing in front of them for over 2min without any acknowledgement. I asked how much longer to get service. My family the only ones in the store. We were told after she finishes a call ahead order. A simple hi, be with you shortly, would of been acceptable. Will not be back!

I never thought I would have to sit there and watch someone MAKE my sandwich. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on flat bread. First of all, she didn’t even warm the bacon up. Then she proceeded tk give me a 3rd of an egg on the sandwhich. She literally CUT ONE EGG and put it on the entire sandwich. She asked what I wanted on it , literally put stuff on the sandwhich that I didn’t even say. ♀️ then didn’t even cut lol lol im good on this subway, I didn’t know making a sandwich was that hard.

I have been coming to this place since it opened, same location, all these years. But, I gotta say, it sure has changed. All the employees that used to be here, they are gone. The ones that cared about quality, and how your experience was there. I just went there about twenty minutes ago, and cannot believe the food that they are putting out. I told the young woman that was making my sandwich that the spinach looked old and very slimy, I told her this twice. She still put it on my sandwich. It looks gross. This isn’t my first questionable experience lately. The only difference now, is I am tired of wasting my money on food that I have to pick apart, just to find the edible bits. My other sandwich had so much mayo and mustard that I asked nicely for her to scrape some off. And it still was overwhelmed with both condiments. Not coming back. This location just lost a loyal customer.

I order through the app every time I go here. They have only got my order wrong once, but they gave me a free sandwich coupon to use after I brought it in and they made me a new one. The cookies are always good I mean come on it’s a subway cookie you know they are always good.
