Very rude staff. Multiple times have been in and they have honored certain coupons. Went in today and asked to use a coupon that has been used previously at that store and the owner said they don’t participate in any coupon. He is very rude every time we are in there. Sandwiches are chintzy. Store is dirty. If you have the extra few minutes take your business to the westerly subway near Guytannos. Much friendlier staff and great sandwiches!

Pay VERY close attention when being rung up. Every single time we go here they grossly overcharge us. I’ll give my 15 year old son a $20 bill to go in and get his regular 6 in ham and cheese ($5.99), a chocolate chip cookie (.89), and a bottle of soda $2.59, which comes to $9.47. With tax, it should be $10.04. Every time. Period. Yet every time he’s charged something different and comes back with just a couple of dollars change. Finally, this last time, when he handed me a dollar in change, I went in and asked the manager what’s up and why he’s charged so much every time. He mumbled something about accidentally charging him for a meatball sub and handed me a $10 bill. Once? Maybe. Every single visit? No. What’s ACTUALLY happening is he’s taking advantage of teenagers and people who aren’t paying attention. I’m over it. We will never come back here. There’s another Subway in Westerly that’s honest.

Rude staff! Wouldn’t honor a coupon that comes in the local paper. Store was dirty and portions skimpy. Do yourself a favor and go to the Westerly Subway. It’s top notch! Clean, good portions and fantastic staff!

This Subway looks pretty run-down, it really needs a renovation. The interior is questionable, the bathroom light flickered when I was there, and the single staff-member I saw was not very talkative nor did he seem happy to take my order, more annoyed than anything. I wouldn’t return here again unless I was just in the area and looking specifically for the closest subway.

I travel this area and eat a lot of subway at different locations. This one is my favorite. Yes the bathroom needs better lighting and the soda fountain needs more choices, but the owner / operator here is a good natured guy who is super friendly with me and I have never had a complaint about a sandwich he’s made.

I told the man what I wanted….I got what he wanted to make. Then, he skimped on the veggie toppings and I had to ask him to put more on. The amount he put on was an unbelievable joke. Even after asking for more lettuce and more black olives, I still got about a third of what I get at other subway stores. More to him meant three extra little pieces. I don’t recommend!!

Its truly the cleanest and quickest subway!! I showed up minutes when they first opened and while the owner was setting up he still made me my sandwich and fast. Pretty awesome!!
