Normally would’ve given a 5 star, but upon ordering through door dash it seems they saw that as an opportunity to make the smallest sandwich possible rationing the portion they put on of meat etc.) when i go in person face to face they make it normal, through door dash they just take your money and practically give you bread. When visiting to have lunch today, there was not a single customer wearing a mask, even those standing in line and placing orders, in violation of city ordinance. While I understand that the business does not need to enforce the mask ordinance on its customers, at the very least it needs to notify when entering the building that masks are required. There is no such signage of any form to this effect. I quietly walked out, and will be taking my money elsewhere until I see that this business is serious about protecting the health of its customers and employees.

THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! First we had 3 coupons one of them worked barely though it should have been $5.99 for our footlong but the total came out to $9.69 and we were supposed to have a free cookie and bag of chips but they didn’t get either of them and they charged us for those coupons when they didn’t let us get our free stuff. And this one older lady named Denise I’m pretty sure was the worst person I’ve ever met she was extremely rude and grumpy and and she didn’t even change her gloves in between making subs or after touching the cash register plus some of the workers weren’t even wearing gloves. The bathrooms are so nasty and gross it looked like MOLD was growing and there was a fly in the bathroom. There were fruit fly’s on the flipping food that’s just nasty.

Walked in to get a sandwich smiling and happy. Worked in food for a very very long time and know how tiring the job can be so I make sure to be extra kind to anyone I can empathize with. Older woman was working and extremely rude. Assuming she was just having a bad day, I tried making small talk and asked a question about a special they were having. She was doing everything very forcefully, basically slamming doors. Out of the few words she spoke to me “what do you want” was repeated several times when I wasn’t quick enough to list the veggies I wanted. While saying “ma’am I’m being very kind to you” I was interrupted with another “what do you want”. It is unacceptable to treat another human this way, let alone a customer. Safe to say, I won’t be returning anytime soon. Pita pit, jimmy Johns or anywhere else on court st will be happy to take my money and will likely have employees eager to accept my business/tip (and will likely be younger, which is sad).

Denise is horribly rude with awful customer service. This establishment is not inclusive to its customers and this employee in particular has some serious communication issues. After calling back Denise refused to have any intelligent dialogue on the matter. She lets it be known that she is an angry and miserable person. It’s not worth the sandwhich to have to deal with her.

There were multiple fruit flies just standing on the veggies and when I pointed it out to the staff she said that they’re aware of the problem and that she’s new so she can’t do anything about it, she also said “fruit flies are harmless”.. I don’t think she knows that they also love standing on garbage and rotten things..a great way to transfer bacteria and pathogens. Why can’t they cover the veggies?
