We ordered pizza for our kids, and it was absolutely unacceptable — there was a lot of hair baked into the pizza. The kids couldn’t eat it at all.
When we contacted Domino’s, they refused to refund the money, saying we had to return the pizza in person. That would have meant ruining our day and driving back from our family outing just to prove their mistake.
This is really disappointing and unhygienic. We expected better quality and customer service, especially from a brand like Domino’s. I hope they take this seriously and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

On 12/13/2025 I came into Dominos on Mt Zion Highway to order a pizza. When I walked through the door I should have just walked back out. I’m assuming it was the manager she had an attitude that was poor and she did not mind checking employees in front of customers. She was also not willing to help as my gift card was not working. It was just yeah your gift card ain’t working I asked her can she physically type the card in manually and she said I tried the other computer which was unbeknownst to me as she didn’t say anything it was just your gift card is not working. I then asked her about how long do you think the pizza will take, oh it’ll update you on the wall. That’s not good customer service. Very poor, very nasty. She’s not very nice to the employees either.

Love this Domino’s location. We’ve been going regularly here for almost a year and only one time had a mess up. They had a new hire who was training when it happened and were very quick to make it right with no fuss. The restaurant manager is absolutely fantastic and he has our order ready for us as soon as we walk in the door every time, without even asking our name! Cannot speak highly enough of this location. 🙂

App not working. Multiple charges on my card without food. Store claims to be unable to provide online discounts over the phone. Terrible customer service. I have points and free items that I am unable to redeem. Multiple pending charges that stay on my account for days. No sense of service recovery, smh

I ordered online. The app was simple. I drove up there the place was empty and only 2 employees. It was really quick I got my food, asked to have a nice day and I left. I’ve worked customer service my whole life. I think the best customer service is when youre not mean but not exceptionally nice. Just a simple hi, get what the customer needs and hope they have a nice day. No need for extra conversation for no reason. So I personally thought it was great.

Like authentic Italian restaurants a little better for their pizza, but we still find ourselves ordering from Dominos a lot. It still tastes “yummy”, they always have nice specials, as well as other delicious options like cheesy bread, sandwiches, and really good pasta. We’ve never eaten in, so I can’t really comment on that except when I’ve come in to pay, the kitchen and front area always looks very clean. The employees are nice too.

Large thin crust pizza take out with veggies and sausage was so thin, the large size was small, there was hardly any cheese and the veggies were burnt. Price $35 plus dollars. Too bad to eat. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

This is ridiculous first you have to tell them your order 3 times then spell your name and they still can’t get it right but are you kidding me this is not even worth my money do you see that grease and there so little product and it’s burnt
