I asked the guy making my protein pocket if I could add banana peppers, he said we’re not suppose to add anything I said even if I pay for it ? And he said yeah. And I was like okay. And the he’s like fine I’ll do it I said no I don’t want you in trouble . Then tells me he is the manager he won’t so he could have just did it the whole time. I usually tip 10 every time but this time I didn’t tip anything poor management! I am a manger at a high up place if you want ur places to succeed you should do better

I made an order on a Monday and actually put it for a pickup instead of delivery. No big deal except for the fact that this subway doesn’t have a working phone or maybe just doesn’t pickup the phone. Either way i had to contact another subway and they got ahold of the manager at this one. I just wanted a refund because i couldn’t get to the subway. Well even after having them contact their manager and he or she say theyll try and fix it nothing has came of it. So i TRY to call them again the next day. This time they do answer but apparently theres no manger on site so they wrote down my name and number to give a call. No such call has came. So then on Wednesday i try again to call, no answer big surprise. Its been 4 day and i haven’t even spoken to the “manager” that’s supposed to refund my meal.$17 for a meal i never received what a waste of my money and time. Its sad at this point i would have even been happy to have a replacement meal for another day but life moves on

Writing this in hopes that management sees this. Also not trying to be Negitive but only helpful.
The food is great and made to order perfectly….. however
All employees need trained in time management. Secondly leaving one employee at anytime to work with 5 customers is inexcusable. I come in there about twice a week and the same employee is left by herself 9/10 times. I feel bad for her truthfully. Hope this helps

Alex was a very great employee, just sucks he was the only employee with a lobby of people an hour to close. Hard worker for sure! Would definitely recommend his assistance to anyone, and a bit of help for him wouldn’t hurt lol

Sunday evening dinner time, during a huge promotion for buy 1 get 1 free, they only have 1 guy working and he’s the slowest sandwich maker I’ve EVER seen. Like the sloth DMV employee from that movie. Took forever. Management should be ashamed of themselves for leaving a guy like this alone.

Today was the third visit in a row where I did not get what I ordered. First time they forgot the cheese, second time they did not toast my sub despite me asking them to, and today they forgot the bacon (that I still paid for) on my sandwich. Each time it was a different person preparing my food and I was the only person in line. Please hire more competent staff or at least pay them enough to care.

I’m only writing a review because I almost did not stop to get my dinner after working all day due to the inside lights and Open sign both being off. But I had seen two girls leave and I thought for sure they were open until at lease 9 and I got there a little after 8:30. So I went up to the door to check the hours and as soon as I got there, the woman had turned the inside lights back on. When I went in and asked if they were open, she said yes, but immediately told me the oven wasn’t working. She said a few things that I thought were for me, but realized she was talking to someone on speaker phone which she did the whole time I was making my order. She was nice, but you caaaan’t leave your cellphone on your workspace where food is being prepared and also having a conversation on speaker phone to someone at the same time just isn’t…good…At the very least, tell them you have to go and call back afterwards.

I got to the checkout and asked if their Open sign was broken too and I was told it was the morning shifts responsibility to turn the light on. So I asked if it was hard to turn on since I didn’t think they were open because of it and almost didn’t stop. She said no and then turned it on. I paid for my food and and gave her a tip and she went straight to the back. When I left I got in my car and looked back, I noticed the Open sign was turned off again. Then she walked outside to the parking lot while looking at her phone to stand with a couple men parked in the parking lot. It was all just kind of weird.

Overall, I’m usually very happy with everything when I stop here. There is a guy (I can’t remember his name) who is always happy and does a great job and everyone else is great too. But I was honestly a little disappointed tonight and felt really awkward the whole time while I listened to her talk about how she hopes doesn’t lose her job on the phone. Yet she had things turned off so it seemed like they weren’t open in the first place and she didn’t seem like she wanted to help me…I don’t think she deserves to lose her job by any means but maybe some sort of extra training on what to do/not to do might help :/
