Whats the point of having online ordering if your food still isn’t made by the time you get there? Ordered online on my way to work so I didn’t have to stop somewhere else and wait through the drive through. Got there and there were two people working. The lady was working and what looked like checking inventory while a young male was playing on his phone. Asked how he could help and I said I placed an order online and he said oh yeah I forgot about that. Nobody was in the store and order was placed at 11:30am so they weren’t open long enough to be packed. Very frustrating. Next time I order for lunch, I’ll definitely go else where.

Not opened when they say they are suppose to be. Went to the door before the posted time of closing and they were already closed for the night. If your suppose to be open till ten then be open. Why have it posted your open till ten but your not. The staff mopping didn’t even pay attention or notice I was at the door. The food is good there but it just need to be open till there posted time.

Not good!! They were totally out of napkins and pickles. None of the pop had syrup. There was only one employee, and it took a ridiculous amount of time to get through the line. Not impressed. I ordered a wrap that was supposed to have hot meat. The meat was not hot. I won’t be back!!!

Placed an online order for the first time and when I got back to work to eat, the sandwich fell apart. First, the bread wasn’t cut and I do not have a knife where I work at to cut the bread. Second, the ingredients all fell out because none of them were in the bread at all. Third, I ordered extra cheese and I do not believe that there was extra cheese in there. Lastly, i have tried to call but there is no answering of their phones. Just a bad experience.

What can I say. Out of about everything on a Friday night. Out of most breads. Just about out of ham. No lettuce until Monday….. The options were tomato, onion, and pickles. Last time I will give this Subway any of my money.

As usual for the third time i am dissapointed. Another skimpy sandwhich missing stuff all bread. So my self and my family will no longer be dissapointed we go to mt orab subway always stuffed always correct always satisfied. I do not recommend williamsburg subway poor service poor sandwhich. I could go on and on. This little deadend town was happy to get a subway…..not anymore. Mt orab subway is my recommendation
