Great little spot inside the Holland Center. The food was very tasty (I had their version of Eggs Benedict, and tasted my hubby’s cheddar broccoli soup. Both delicious.) There was one oopsie with our order, but it was handled VERY professionally. Service was attentive. I’m just sorry that we took so long to try Zinc; we’ve been attending events at the Holland since it opened. We’ll be back!

Loved the convenience to our Holland show, the facility was nice and our server was wonderful. The food disappointed however; it was just ‘meh’. The pricey drinks were mediocre. Probably will eat somewhere downtown next time as there are many great options, especially at this price point.

Delicious and relaxing dinner. If you are looking for a place close to the Holland for special night this is the place! Service was 5 stars my family cleaned their plates Note: the restaurant is only open before certain performances and requires reservations through open table

The food is ok, not spectacular. I actually prefer the Holland bar across the hall. Many better dining choices downtown. The service was decent though.

We visited Zinc in advance of a concert at the Holland center there. The service was prompt and efficient even though the dining room was full, entrees included the meatloaf and the chicken marsala. Both were flavorful and came out piping hot. The restaurant is only open apparently when there is a concert in the facility.

Went down early to attend the Tower of Power concert. The place was woefully understaffed. My poor waitress could not get our food to our table after nearly an hour waiting. Arrived at 6:05 pm, took nearly half an hour to get a drink and by 7:05 they were just bringing food to the table, but we had to move for the 7:30 show. Never got to taste it, so I cannot comment on the flavors. I simply knew I wasn’t going to cram a ribeye dinner down in 15 minutes…..too bad, nice place. Somebody needs to work on hiring. The concert was great, my dining experience…not so much.

This was an unfortunately terrible experience. Atmosphere is okay seemed clean anyway. The tables are on wheels and not locked down so be careful. Once seated we were given bread and water(no butter) We ordered the charcuterie board, Lamb burger, and Branzino. The components on the charcuterie board not really cut/portioned/presented very well. The supposed “House” Bacon which I assume is a name brand was cold, soggy, and chewy. The Branzino (Mediterranean Sea Bass) was so overcooked and dried out I needed a drink of water just to down a bite. The veggies in the dish also cooked into oblivion. Sun choke, broccoli, and carrots all with the flavor and texture of an overcooked boiled white potato. The burger ordered medium rare to medium when it came out it was raw cold in middle no bacon. The initial bite and taste of the cold raw lamb was enough to put me off from ordering anything else. Kind of a time crunch as well since the reason we were there was to see a show. Though I said that I did not want anything they gave us the chocolate pecan torte which is fine whatever but this dessert. The cut seemed a little off like the piece next to it was probably nicer. It had a sauce that resembled a caramel sauce but lite in color and no flavor at all just sweet. The cherry on top of this unfortunately terrible experience in the first bite there was a inch and half diameter of wax paper in it. So yes I would not recommend this place. Lots of places downtown well within walking distance of the Holland.

Fix you’re hours. The fact you can’t figure out hours being open hours at 2:45am makes us think you can’t manage simple to things as making food to be served. Figure out how to manage your hours online and maybe you can get better than 3 stars on a Google review.
