We stopped at 5:48 pm on a Sunday evening to get dinner. We were told at the drive thru window that they were closed. The website says they close at 7 pm. So, you need to either update the website or inform your employers not to close early!

LAZY and rude staff. Refused paying customers an hour and 3 minutes prior to closing time because employees didn’t feel like working. Next time just mark the store closed if you’re going to refuse customers during working hours. Won’t be back.

Sandwich artist was extremely nice and happy. However their fountain machine didn’t work. So I asked for “coke with no ice”. Got ice, sent it back. Then received Diet Coke. Had to explain to her that “coke” meant Coca Cola.

We work at a warehouse right next to it, and they’ll purposely go slow so they don’t have to do anything. Well place an online order an hour ahead of time and it still won’t be done. And at times our online order will finally be done after 2-3 people’s inside get done. And when people step out of line and leave because 1 sub takes at least 10 minutes it’s “Oh what a shame guess i was taking to long” and all laugh. Don’t try to juke people out of lunch because your lazy. Took a dude corwin 15 minutes to put sauce on two already toasted and finished subs…

I went into the subway with my family through the drive-through and the employees they’re literally had no idea what they were doing. I ordered a simple sandwich with four ingredients which was ham provolone lettuce and veggies and they gave me the exact opposite of what I asked for and even toasted my sandwich when they asked me if I wanted to toasted and I said no. When I called them to confront them about this they ended up hanging up on me and blocking my number so if anybody has the manager of the subways number or contact information of the gas station please let me know because I will be wanting to have a long discussion with them.
