Whenever I walk in, I am greeted and then given a list of everything they are out of for the day…multiple meats, sometimes all bread, and many time this is by early afternoon. They blame it on suppliers, but I go to other Subway locations in larger cities and they are fully stocked. This is clearly a location issue and not a supplier one. We will stop going as it’s a waste of time.

Placed an online order that included 2 kids meals. When I went to pick up the order I asked about the drinks and sides for the kids and was told that it wasn’t mentioned on the order. I left thinking that I had done something wrong on the online order. When I got home and reviewed the receipt it clearly mentioned that we were supposed to receive drinks, sides, and toys. On top of that two of the adult sandwiches were very soggy. Very disappointed with the service and quality at this location. I will drive into Lancaster to get subway…

I had not been to Subway in a few years. The food was not great. Meat looked like it had been there for a week. The last weeks I started going again. The food was great, service good. It has really turned around for Subway. Keep up the good work!

This location is always out of stuff, meatballs, pickles, cucumbers, and bread. Really? Out of an offered bread??? Will go to different location next time.

Honestly, never received the food, so I’m not too sure of the quality. I can say, the gals in the store were short with me, unapologetic and uncooperative. It’s really too bad that this business is even in Baltimore as it’s not a very pleasant or accurate representation of our town. Refused to refund the purchase as our online order was not prepared after the app said it was. Isn’t that theft?

3 young ladies operating rather slowly. 1 person ordering 2 subs in front of me. My order was brief and simple but they seem baffled by working around customers to expedite others checking out. Taste of sub I ordered (and order at every subway i have ever visited in last 25 years) was off and not real pleasant. Won’t be back to this location based on slow speed of service and the taste of my sandwich. The plus, when not swapping high school drama with each other, the staff was polite just not expeditious.

I walked in and immediately was told that they only had 6 inch white bread. Both the employees told me that they didn’t know how to bake the bread. This is not the first bad experience that I’ve had. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst subway I’ve ever been in. Went in twice within the last week. First time I asked for a FL pro. He was making a single layer sub. I asked to confirm that it was a pro. Said yes and continued to not give double meat. Second visit, he was slow and stared weirdly at me during the process and then had the nerve to ask for a tip after I just watched him not give me napkins. Need some better employees for me to step foot in here again.

Very disappointed. After the last three orders I placed online with this location being messed up or receiving bread that was still raw and doughy in the middle, decided to go in store to order. New Sign is up saying they aren’t accepting coupons anymore – most of the reason to go to Subway anyways – and then the whole menu has now changed to be a regular footlong at around 11-12 dollars but now a pro??? sub for around 15-16 dollars. Ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Used to be able to go to Subway for 2 people for around 18 dollars now it’s going to be around 36 dollars that’s literally doubled in price. No thank you. That’s why Subway was so popular was the low prices. I get that food costs have gone up, but if the reason Subway’s costs are up is due to them now offering the new mozzarella and meat choices and all that they have started offering, take them back and give us back the regular subs at regular prices.
