Customer service was horrible..didnt not even say hello or anything until we spoke to her. the girl grabbed the bread and before cutting it smashed it flat.. the lettuce is brown, the station was dirty, half the product was gone. A few things I asked for I was told they were out. The soda machine had a few drinks that were out as well.. didnt even ask if we were eating here or if it was to go.. somebody really needs to do something about this place and the employees that work here.. The owner honestly needs to stop in unexpectedly to see for themself what’s going on in this location. I will not return back here for anything.. If I could give a “ZERO” I would. Very disappointed in this place.

Second sandwich in a row I’ve gotten with bread as tough as shoe leather. They may bake bread fresh each day, buit they aren’t serving it to us until the next day or later. Very disappointing. Never had an issue like this from any Subway. Now twice in a row from this one.
