Gino’s catered a huge school event for us, and the compliments never stopped from the families eating the perfect Italian family meal. It all started with amazing service from Bill in helping me plan this meal for approx. 200 people. He was more like a friend than someone who worked at a restaurant. Never once did Bill try to sell me on more than I needed or upsell me on something that wasn’t appropriate for our event. He was like the best friend who helps you through a panic attack and makes everything better. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and thoughtful Bill and his team were. The chef, Mario, and his team had all the food looking beautiful, uniform, and delicious! Having worked in restaurants, I know there’s always something that gets missed, even if really small. But not with Gino’s, everything was perfect, and I think we actually may have gotten a little more than we ordered. There was not one issue with our countless trays of food.
When you look at value, quality, customer service, and friendliness, I can’t imagine a better catering experience in the area. Thank you Bill, Mario, and team!! I’m a lifer Gino’s fan.

Tried Gino’s pizza for the first time today! We got the large BBQ chicken pizza with ranch on the side and some sodas. They had a lot of options, and I’m excited to try more in the future! The Pizza was good and had plenty of chicken. The BBQ sauce was perfect! Not too sweet. The atmosphere was very clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains! I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness.

I love Gino’s! I know I probably shouldn’t be eating pizza as much as I should, but this is my go-to place. You can customize your crust, they pile up the toppings, and my orders have always been perfect. This last delivery, I was given a special treat (with a nice hand-felt note and drawing! ) and some extras. Just a notice.. I might not be able to order as often with you guys in the future, but this will always be my favorite place to get pizza and I tell everyone to go here! Thank you for everything!

Great service every time. The food is good, do yourself a favor and get the thick crust & size down on your pizza. My BF can finish off anyone else’s large pizza, but he’s full after two slices of that.

This is a family owned restaurant situated across from the hotel we stayed. We went downtown SLO and turned back to come here because of the high ratings. We ordered vegetarian pizza and it was fantastic. The service was super friendly, the booths were spotless. It is also very close to CalPoly and they offer discounts for students. their garlic bread starter was huge. They also have various pastas. We will definitely be coming back again.

So the pizza is okay. I got the Gino’s special. They put way too many black olives on it, couldn’t really get good taste of the sausage or the Canadian bacon. What are the two sausage with sauce and cheese. It was good full of flavor. Chicken wings are not bad they only come in mild sauce and they are bone-in. The mozzarella sticks pretty good.
