We had 100% the best experience at this location ever!!! Paige made our sandwiches perfectly. She was friendly, helpful and made me want to eat here all the time. I use to eat jersey mikes and will be switching to subway because of this amazing experience! She was even patient enough to let my 6 year old build her own sandwich!! Their customer service is world class and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

This store is not paying its employees. In fact, several past employees haven’t even filled out their tax information paperwork. Once discovered the store tried to pay them under the table at a rate of two or three dollars an hour. When confronted about it, they threatened physical harm and violence. Ordered a specialty meat 6in sub with pepper jack cheese lettuce and tomato. Literally the only thing I got was bread lettuce tomato and shredded cheese. I called back to tell them that the order was wrong and the first thing she said was are you sure it was this location? Yes I am sure, so she said what was the name on your order. I told her and her response was oh the new guy made that not me. Okay.. so you’re telling me the new guy is just making whatever he wants and you guys are sending it out? Don’t you think it would be a good idea to at least double check the quality. So dumb. Never in my life did I think I would get a sandwich from subway that would only have lettuce and cheese. I had the worst experience at the heath subway. It was on Hebron road. Andrea, the manager was sooooo rude. She made a sub wrong. She was politely told it was wrong, instant attitude. She has no business being a manager. She actually threatened heath police, and banned us from the store. Even tho, SHE was in the wrong.
