The last time we made the tragic mistake of coming here, we spent 45 minutes inside waiting for our order. I ended up sitting down after 20 minutes or so. Whoever was in charge of the burgers absolutely failed and needs more training. He put sweet bourbon on every single sandwich. It was a pretty simple order with no alterations. 3 times we had to check while inside. The manager needed to have more of a backbone and get the staff to do their jobs. He ended up jumping in to help, but the counter person was threatening to quit and I wasn’t letting them quit until I got a refund or my food. TRAIN BETTER

Had a reasonably priced nice salad with just the right sized dressing. Employees were extremely courteous and polite. Place was moderately clean but it was just after lunch so I will cut them some slack on some of the tables needing a wipe down.

My wife went here a couple weeks ago to get us food, it seemed like there was no management, there was literally no beef in stock, no cups other than large, and the food tasted like it was made last week. We knew the staff was trying their hardest but if you’re a burger place with no burgers it might be time to close the doors.

My latest visit will be my last. Of the 6 or 7 times I’ve been there, my food has been wrong, every single time. The level of incompetence is just astounding, you’ll wait an eternity in line, they constantly are out of everything. One night I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru to find out they were out of burgers, chicken nuggets, and all potato related products. Do yourself a favor, go to any other restaurant in the area, avoid this one.
