Food is always good here, service is good, all DQ associates are very friendly and attentive love this place always kept clean when I head there, I personally love the food and menu choices…I have traveled around and still nothing beats the DQ’s like Texas.

I got a triple meat triple cheese burger with everything on it. They specifically asked me if that meant mustard and mayonnaise, yes. And it did. But there was a mix of mustard and mayo on the bottom bun, and nothing on the top. It threw off the taste and balance completely, made it weird and out of harmony with the universe. I can only guess, whoever made it has never eaten a cheeseburger. Or perhaps, this was a move to save a fraction of a second, but I hate to think that when we’re talking about an $11 cheeseburger. And worse, they were out of ketchup, and didn’t tell me they were out of ketchup til I asked for ketchup, and I would have never ordered a triple meat burger knowing I was in a burger joint that has no ketchup.

All in all desserts are always good. The only thing g is everytime we ask for & pay for extra peanuts they NEVER put them on & then staff swears they did. We know they don’t because there are ever hardly any peanuts on it al all. How hard is it to add what people pay for?

Had a horrible experience!! Hamburger was saturated with mayonnaise to the point of wanting to throw up! Spoke with “Big Boss” who was quite rude; even closed the window on me when I told him I wanted my money back. Also, I had asked for some pepper and was given salt .. They don’t care about their customers!!
