This restaurant is inside a busy Shell station. They are quick and friendly and do a good job. We got some subs and they had all the ingredients we wanted. The girls were impressed with how fresh the ingredients were, and enjoyed customizing their subs. There is also a drive through that seemed pretty fast and efficient.

This is the second time we’ve stopped here and we have always had great service. This time Zach made our sandwiches and took the time to make them to perfection. He even respectfully and quietly corrected another employee who forgot to cook the bacon for a sandwich. It is always a pleasure to receive great customer service.

Made a mobile order and came to pickup but didn’t see it on the rack for online orders but was behind the counter so we waiting because the app said it wasn’t finished. Got one of the employees attention and they took a second to find the order and the asst manager asked us if we were sure it was the correct address and then the employee finds our sandwiches. Then we check the sandwiches and my sandwich was cold from where we sat there waiting and didn’t know it was behind the counter. Went in to complain and was met with rude comments from the asst manager and after 15 minutes she called her manager and finally remade my sandwich for me.

The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Really enjoyed our sandwiches..Fresh! Only thing I’m sad about is the absence of roast beef.i have been ordering that for 20+ years..My favorite. Now puff, gone. This Subway is inside a convenience store, so plenty of drink and side items to pick from..lol Also, adequate seating..inside and out.

Crew was changing our food bins, took 3 min to be greeted as i stood in front to wait. Nothing wrong with a wait, very understandable, but need to recognize customers, especially those standing in front of you as you avoid eye contact.

Slow doesn’t begin to describe their pace. The two girls working tonight took a 20 minutes to get through 4 subs, which doesn’t even include the wait in line. One of them went outside to text on her phone and started refilling her fountain drink, which made the wait even longer. My whole family was fuming and they continued to go just as slow, if not slower, after getting complaints.

Very slow. They only do one order at at time. Once that car pulls off they take another order. Like that every time I come here. Today I was told that the inside was busy so it will be a while before I can order through the drive thru. You should be able to manage the inside dinning and the drive thru. After 12 minutes I was told they were still busy. This place is a joke !

Staff was super friendly. This was really helpful since we were on the road a minute and kinda tired and not really up to the task of ordering food properly. Lol. Cookies were fresh from the oven and they had no problem special making a sandwich not on their menu. Would have given them 5 starts but the seating area was in the convenience store of the gas station and the tables and chairs looked like nobody cared for them in quite a while. Otherwise if in Cave City KY right off I65 then this is the subway to visit.

Literally the slowest subway I’ve been to. Idk if they’re missing brain cells or what but these girls could not make a sandwich to save there lives. If I knew how slow they were I’d have gone to the drive through only sonic. Which by the way probably would’ve been faster despite the huge line of cars.
