the last few times that I have ordered ft long black forest ham. the bread has been really hard. I don’t ever get toasted. but I can throw the bread and hurt someone. that is how hard it has been

Sorry but the bread was not proofed fully and over cooks so it was hard and not as fluffy as its should have been, one of the people there at the time walked to the back looking for things multiple tkmes wear their gloves and came back out and never changed their gloves, the knife fell into the waste bin on the line and when i let him know he left it there, and to top it off they were incredibly slow. 🙁

I went to buy a sub and watched the person making the sandwich handle change at the checkout and make subs wearing the same gloves for two people in front of me. They either didn’t notice themselves or didn’t seem to care, but I was grossed out and decided against ordering here. I just feel like there’s something unsanitary about fishing around for change and touching money in the register with gloves that have been touching things like tomatoes and meat, and then turn around and go back to touching said food items with those same gloves that have touched money… No one knows where that money has been.

This subway was the worst fast-food we have ever been to. Was treated terrible at the drive-through order and then at the pickup window. He got even madder when my husband said you didn’t even ask me what kind of bread? I ask for toasted. Y’all…. my meat was just thrown onto the bread, and the whole sandwich was cold. COLD MEAT! The guy taking the orders was horrible to us for no reason.

Young worker was not professional.
She laughed off a possible misunderstanding, and never tried fixing the issues. Instead ringing up as combos, I had to go back and pay for my drinks seperate, which costs for than getting a combo. I didn’t get to enter my # to get my extra points from the drinks. She then didn’t give us our cups. She walked away from us. When I tried to tell her, there was no small cups left- she was already in the back.

I never make bad reviews, i never make social media posts. But this is the absolute worst subway I have ever been to and they have proven over and over again my point. Whoever was working today needs to be fired. I want people who are sober enough to use their basic motor skills, working where the food I AM PAYING FOR is being made. It’s march 20th 2025, we got there at 5:30 we sat there for at least 10 minutes, AT THE SPEAKER, no one came to the speaker for at least 10 minutes. We waited anyway. Someone gets to the speaker, they are slugging their words, getting everything we said wrong, and speaking at snail pace. We finally get our order taken. we sit behind two other cars who definitely were also having the same experience as us. (In no world it should it take 30 minutes to make two subway sandwhiches, even 5 actually) we finally make it to the window, sit for another 10 minutes, get out order, go home and open to eat it, and the bread is hard as a rock (not exaggerating) and there is like 4 pieces a meat. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t know what kind of lazy, drugged up, incomprehensible workers they have working there but they should be shut down or fired. We have door dashed from there many times and haven’t been satisfied once. Horrible place, horrible workers, don’t waste your time or money in a place so undeserving.

I eat here about once a week. My order has NEVER been correct lol. It’s gotten to the point that it’s getting funny how bad it is, because by now I know not to expect it to be correct. Luckily, I’m not a picky eater so I don’t really mind being surprised. I learned to avoid paying extra for an add-on like avocado, because without fail, it will be left off the sandwich.

The last several times we have chosen to eat here has been HORRIBLE!!! They’re always out of something or don’t put hardly anything on the sandwich or drown it with sauce. I mean how hard is it to do the job you’re trained to do??? It’s really just plain ridiculous to be a paying customer & use to be a returning customer but NEVER again. No wonder restaurants don’t last in Cave City

I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. Dont waste your time here. When you go to order inside they act like youre not there and proceed to make drive through or call in orders. I walked out after they went to make the sixth sandwich in front of me while I was standing in line. Worthless.

We placed a catering order for almost 100 meals (with only three days’ notice after another local Subway canceled our order unexpectedly). Lori, the GM, took our order and called in extra crew to prep our food the day we needed it. When we arrived, the sandwiches and salads were already boxed up and ready for loading in our car. They turned a stressful situation into a happy one. Our gaggle of middle schoolers and parents had every order perfect, and we cannot thank Lori and her team enough.
