I hadn’t been to this location in quite some time and I was VERY pleased with the efficiency and prompt service they provided! They were very organized and really seemed to have a system that worked well for them. They appeared quite busy, but had my order ready within 10 min. of placing it (I placed it online form their parking lot). I couldn’t believe how fast it was ready. Great job.. We’ll be back!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I am from out of town and ordered a pizza from this location on line on 8/07/22 and waited over an hour. it was just after closing at 11:00 pm and the tracker said it was delivered. There was no pizza delivered. I called and a very rude person claimed to be the manager said the driver could not find the address. After she refused to email me proof that I was refunded my money, she hung up on me.sounds to me like they probably do this to other customers and take their money. Again, do not order fro here.

So after a bad experience of 1.5 hour wait time when i was told 25 minutes and needed pizza for a luncheon at work I swore this location off about three years ago and haven’t been back since. (The manager said “sorry” and that was it when I had 12 people waiting for pizza on their lunch break, No refund, no price deduction, etc).

So this was the 3rd time I visited this Papa John’s all 3 times I had to say something to the Manger about employees working the cash register and then going and making pizzas without really washing there hands. I ask the Manger on duty about who the owner is and she said Morgan Carson and she would be in the next morning. I called and some woman answered I ask to speak to Morgan and she said this is she. Told her who I was and then asked her would she lick a dollar bill she then hung up on me. I called back and told the guy that answered the phone what happened and he told me that Morgan was on maternity leave. Well who was I talking to earlier ? He said that he will get the Manger on duty. On hold for 20 minutes. (Note this is Sunday afternoon, not busy). Anyway I call back same thing on hold. Drove down there. Alittle over 20 miles. (Still on hold over and hour total). Spoke to the young woman there who says she is the Manger on duty and Morgon is on maternity leave. She made excuses thought I Deanna not Morgan and more excuses why the guy when I came in didn’t wash his hands. She also told me that their phone didn’t show me on hold. Question: didn’t the guy that answered the phone tell you i was on hold? Really? She said she understood my issues and will talk to the staff. Might want to be paying attention when you order from this store and check your pizza to see if it right before you leave. My pizza was made by the manager on duty AFTER she washed her hand. To top it all off the pizza I ordered the night before wasn’t right. She offered anther pizza to be made today but I told her no thank you that isn’t why I came down here.

It took a little more than a hour to get my delivery. My order was cold. I called the manager she told me that there wasn’t anything they can do about it. I ask for a remake, a voucher for another pizza in the future or something. She said no. So I suggest when ordering from here order at your own risk. Lesson for me today and distance future don’t order from here even if it’s the last pizza place left in the world.

Ordered the New York style pizza. It arrived ice cold after 1 1/2 hours. No cheese but lots of empty dough around the edges. This is the second time I’ve gotten a bad pizza. Do not recommend ordering from this location.
