Warning to app users: This location doesn’t follow the app instructions or guidelines. Didn’t bring my order out at all after 10min of it being ready and me confirming I was there. Once I walked in they were all standing around not doing anything as no other customers were in line. I was told by the owner that I was supposed to pick up in the drive thru when that was not what I selected nor what the app said. My sandwich was incorrect, missing toppings and not cut in half as requested. Customer service was very poor and they refuse to participate in deals or sales.

I needed an alternative to BBQ for a graduation gathering and a neighbor mentioned Subway. I reluctantly made the call and found Gina was extremely helpful over the phone, so I decided to stop over and discuss my needs in person. I have not been in a Subway store in a long time and I was amazed at how clean and tidy this store was!! This made me feel better about my choice and Gina gave me a menu to view as she helped others. Once I decided on what i wanted, Gina was great at helping close the deal!! I picked up my order a few days later and it was exactly what I ordered. It was neatly packaged and everything looked like it had been made with care. I was extremely impressed!! I HIGHLY recommend this store (other area stores never answered the phone) as it exceeded my expectations. Subway made my gathering great!

I’ve been to this location a few times. Who I believe to be the owner is never friendly, but have never had any major issues. Today, I went by the drive thru and he said one minute. I waited 2-3 minutes and he proceeded to cough several times into the microphone. Didn’t say excuse me or anything. I thought to ask if he had a mask on or washed his hands, but he still wasn’t ready to take the order so I drove off. I won’t go back.

How do you mess up a veggie Subway sandwich? Just ask the people at Jett Subway in Frankfort. It was an online order with everything printed on the receipt, yet no mayo, no mustard, no oil, no vinegar, no salt, no pepper. Just messed up my lunch.

Jan 05,2022 around 4:30 and 5 pm. Service was terrible. I asked the lady that was preparing the sandwich for cucumbers. She replied she 1 slice of cucumber and I could have that but she didn’t have time to slice anymore. I then asked her did she have any more in the back. Once again she didn’t have time to slice any but she did have some in the back. There was no one else behind me. I just thought the person who worked there was supposedly to keep thing stocked. I understand that we are in pandemic and restaurants run out of stuff but how she replied was uncalled for.

3 stars because the worker was super friendly and talkative. But she was the only one working. No mask. Changed gloves with every single sandwich and i ordered 4. Took her 30 mins. Skimped on veggies, got more bread than anything. But super clean super friendly. Went here because there were better reviews but id probably go to the one at walmart

Excellent service!!!! I eat here most Sundays for dinner and have never had a bad meal. I’ve been going long enough now that when I walk in the server just starts making my regular sandwich. The service is fast and the food is fresh. I will only eat at this Subway, not because the other Subways in Frankfort are bad but because the service and meal preparation is just so good here.

Must have changed ownership. Went for lunch today…Sunday, 12-29. Only one person preparing subs. Hardly no one there (no one in line ahead of us), but the worker was extremely slow…we stood in line for at least 15-20 minutes to get served and pay.. She charged my son, (his wife and son were with him) who were in line in front of me and my husband $2.50 too much. He did not protest charge because he felt it would be impossible to explain to her. This has been the case the last 2 or 3 times we have ordered there.She was courteous, but so-oo slow.

OMG! Just tried to place an order by phone for pick up…no answer to the phone (attempted 8 times!) So I drove all the way there and went in. The one worker was handling food and had her facemask on her chin! NOT covering her face as she handled food! I asked why no one answered the phone (no customers in the store) and she stated she isn’t allowed to! Seriously?? Then I asked about the buy one foot long get one free as advertised on TV…only to be told it’s for online orders only! I walked OUT! NEVER WILL WE GO TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN! IT was horrible! NO MASK while handling food, doesn’t answer the phone for call in orders, and was just rude! This store is 3 miles from my home. The Midway store is 5 miles…I will be going to Midway from now on!
