Everybody acts and looks like they hate their job, not friendly just there for a check. Don’t say a word during the window interaction and surely doesn’t care to make sure your order is correct. Had to go in and out of the restaurant 3 times to get my correct food. While carrying a baby. Inconsiderate. Had to go inside to get my hash brown they left off had my receipt they didn’t look at it for a second came back to car noticed I didn’t get my large tea I paid for, went back inside this time they question me and say I didn’t order that then go on to recite a whole order that had nothing to do with me. I had to go back to my car while still carrying said child to get my receipt and go back in to prove I got a sweet tea and they missed it. Jacks owners if your employees aren’t happy you need to reevaluate what you have going on. Because it’s obviously going to rub off on the customers. That is all.

I’m not even sure where to start, but this needs to be addressed. I placed an online pick up order. Waited one hour for it to even be ready. No napkins, poor communication amongst the workers… the list goes on. Customers were walking out.. Then to make matters worse, an elderly woman fell. Instead of the workers coming out to help, myself and another customer went to her rescue. I had to ask her if she needed 9-1-1 because the employees did not. Then after the employees seen us helping, they decide to come out. At this point, I’m disgusted. I don’t want this to be a long review, but just know this location needs work. I’m disappointed and disgusted. This entire situation left me with complete distaste. In addition, my order was wrong and tasted foul. I can give better details to the manager/ owner if needed because this is a serious matter.

I went through the out drive through and sat in the outer lane with no one to take my order while they continued to take orders of new customers on the inner lane that came in after me. I eventually had to go to the inner lane. When i got to the window I asked if their machine for the outer lane was broken and the lady just said “no.” I got my order (a small milkshake) and it was only 3/4 full.

Two pieces of my chicken was old and dry. I was really disappointed because my previous experience was good. I had a long drive to get there and was discussed with my chicken. They maybe lost a customer! They know if the food has been sitting for too long.

I had the absolute worst customer experience ever at this place. This was my first time ever visiting Jack’s restaurant. I ordered my food online because it was a big order, and I figured it would take them a while to make it. Long story short, it seems my order was deleted, and some of the staff seemed like they were inconvenienced by my including the manager. She did not even acknowledge my extra wait time or anything.

Went thru the drive thru today, started out the cashier was rushing us to get our order didn’t ask what dipping sauces we would like, didn’t ask if we would like any drinks just took our order and told us to pull around, had to ask for our dipping sauces in which the cashier told us in an attitude that we didn’t ask for any, get home to old and dry chicken. Tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since this morning. And before you respond with telling me to take your survey I already did that

Stopped and ordered 3 meals! One was a kids meal! My order was totally wrong. When I took it inside they acted like it was my problem. The guy making the burgers made the kid’s burger wrong 3 times. The staff was extremely unprofessional. I was missing part of my order and ended up waiting 20 minutes on three meals from the drive thru
