Because you responded asking for more information I am editing this review. As far as the food taste goes it’s not bad. Different stores have different presentations I noticed. This particular store gives you flattened out Burgers and breakfast sandwiches. The additional reason for the rating is actually for the customer service. I didn’t want to post anything here but you asking for an update so I will tell you that the person behind the window had absolutely no customer service presence. You’d ask her a question and couldn’t even get an answer. No smile. she did give me the discount I asked for but it wasn’t aware of it because she never responded to my question. I thought that was rude but mostly it was indifference. It was as if she didn’t want to be there.

OMG I never experienced such rudeness from the heavy set manager. We got served fries that have been setting for a while, the fries were soggy And cold. Me and my family with 6 children starting toddler to 17 years went to eat. We stood at the restaurant for a while it was just us inside the restaurant the children had finished eating and they were playing in the restaurant,!the heavy set manger for wich rudely asked for the kids to keep quiet. After a dispute. There was another manager by the name sway was arguing with me. It’s a restaurant I understand if there were people but literally it was just us. And the children were not bothering anybody. I’m going to email the owners this is not acceptable at all the heavy set manager could of been nicer about the situation.

Maybe this was a one time experience, the drink machine was out of most of the flavors, the drink I did get was flat, then I got the food and it was inedible.

Went here at 11pm (posted hours are til 330 am) waited at speaker for 5 min before they came on & said they were CLOSED!! What’s going on at this location? Seems like they’re open when they want to be!!! This has happened on several occasions!!

Bought the spicy chicken sandwich, the fillet was extremely dry and stringy. Overcooked and was obviously sitting in the warmer for quite a while as it was barely lukewarm. When the employee asked if I wanted cheese I said no but she must have thought I said yes. (I can’t fault her for that because I glanced at the order screen and confirmed the order was correct). I also ordered a combo without mustard for my son and had to remind her twice that I didn’t want mustard on it. The hamburger was great but the chicken was inedible.

Drive through at night is horrible. Absolutely zero sense of urgency. Half of the time my order is wrong, seems like lack of management and leadership drive thru should have a way out when it’s slow, which is always. I was stuck in line for 40 minutes

I have no complaints. This Jack in the Box ALWAYS gets my order right! I go with my kids after school through the drive thru so around 4pm. Employee’s are nice and patient. They work pretty fast. Prices are very reasonable. Always good deals.
