They treated my husband like a thief when they refused to even refund or remake the sandwich. They lost his online order and refused to look at his receipt on his phone. The staff is rude, the manager is incompetent. Do better or sell your franchise.

I eat at Subway quite a lot because I care for my Mother who is terminally ill and she loves the cookies and sandwiches on flat bread. While I love most of the Subways in which I stop and get food to go, this Subway is not customer friendly. While the employees are helpful and nice, the franchise owner sets the prices so much hirer than other franchises that it’s not a good bargain at all. Plus the ingredients don’t taste fresh. It’s not the employees’ faults but I would recommend the Subway in the Walmart a few miles down the road.

Subway is a quick easy thing to grab fr for lunch for lunch or dinner that is actually healthy for you I’ll personally recommend the meatball mozzarella with black olives and mushrooms it is delicious this particular store was clean customer service was so so so that’s why they’re only worth saving up for customer service could have been better
