Today I waited in line longer than normal. I did not mind though because of your employee, Tom. I, and about 20 other customers, watched as Tom made dozens of sandwiches by HIMSELF. He never looked disappointed, frustrated, or overwhelmed. He helped everyone with a smile. While I feel it unresponsible and disappointing management could not provide Tom with help or additional employees, I am happy I was served by Tom today. The sandwiches were better than they have ever been! Tom needs a raise and management needs to do better!

Ordered on line (with a tip) which allows you to pick toppings for your sub. I pick up my sub and Instead of getting extra, I got none. I submitted an inquiry on the web and Senior Regional Carrie Cox replied apologizing for her employees. I used to complain that they didn’t accept tips but if order is not right, they didn’t deserve it.This is why you should not order on line or get your sub at subway. Money is tight for everyone and companies need to do their part.

No customer should know the behind the scenes happenings of a fast food restaurant, but unfortunately I know WAY too much about current and former employees of this establishment. Everything from drug use, to stealing from the register, to turning tricks in the bathroom. Yes, these things were told to me by an employee.

Subway really needs to wake up. I asked for a multi meat sandwich not sure the name but I asked if they could leave off one and add a little of another. This was not possible. The guy behind me had a similar request, we were both told it would cost extra. Now in the grand scheme of things I’m not mad about it and moved on. However when BK and especially Chick-fil-A will go out of their way to make things the way a customer wants, Well enough said. Lenny’s, Jersey Mike’s, Jimmy Johns, Penn Station , Fire house, Yeah Subway people have a lot of choices and it’s not the 80s anymore. You need to wake up to better customer service experience. I could care less if I ever eat at any Subway again.

We eat from here at least once a week. Bread is always fresh, the food prep areas are clean when we come in, staff is friendly, dining room is clean everytime we come in. Most important food is always fresh and delicious!

Not zero stars for it being clean and the meat and produce and whatnot all looked good. But I asked for a veggie patty, which apparently they haven’t carried in a while. Oops! No big deal, I’ll get a roast beef. But I didn’t appreciate being made to feel like an idiot for not knowing that. We don’t usually eat Subway (for health reasons, not dislike or anything), and when we do the patty is not my usual choice (probably why they don’t carry it anymore, haha). But the girl working tonight made sure to point out how clueless I was. Fine. She probably didn’t mean anything by it, sometimes people make mistakes. But had there been another customer in the place, I would’ve walked out. But we need dinner, so I move forward…and watch her put so much mayonnaise on my sandwich I wanted to gag. Again, fine, I can scrape it off when I get home and replace the lost mustard with my own mustard. Glad I’m paying for this experience. She rings me up. I leave. I get to our gig (hence being in a bind to eat Subway and unable to go back :/ ). I go to remake my sandwich and find ONE slice of roast beef. Seriously?!?!
