Cash only business. Stopped in Saturday morning around 10am. Parking is gravel and no clearly marked spots. Parked my Harley in neighboring business that has a paved parking and was closed at the time.

Stopped for breakfast today after reading reviews. Did not live up to what I read. It is clean and kinda cute, overly decorated with Easter stuff. Didn’t use restroom so I can’t comment on that. Food came quickly, but the chicken fried steak was nothing special. Kinda tough and a bit grizzly. Split between 2 of us and we didn’t finish it. Biscuits dense and hard, but the gravy was ok. Sorry.

Everything is great here! We absolutely love Mama’s cafe! We always sit in Mama’s section and she takes great care of us. We are greeted with a hug when we enter and a hug when we leave. Treats us like family. That’s all just a plus to the wonderful food.

WOW! This cafe is the best kept secret in Texas! We visited the cafe for the first time today, and it want be our last. Our breakfast arrived hot and fresh, and had the best flavor. The homemade salsa is a must try. Our server was friendly and cared about how the food arrived, and how we liked everything, honestly one of the best waitress I have ever had. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone, because this is the best in Hunt and surrounded counties. We drove from Wills Point, and we will make the drive again.

Over charged for the food. The buttered toast was grainy and the Hashbrowns were just freezer potatoes out of a bag. Took 30 minutes just to take our order and the place wasn’t that busy then tried to give us the wrong order. I honestly don’t see the appeal. The omelet was good but that is about it. I do not recommend the sweet tea at all! Overall we won’t be going back! Oh and this was the second time I’ve tried eating there.
