Went in order 3 subs 1 girl started making my sandwiches then asked the other girl to help her which she walked over and started gloving up before washing hands and started to make sandwiches and didn’t hang her FaceTime up and some other kid comes in getting cups of water idk if he worked there or not and walking in and out. The bar looked rough with little to no prep work done. I usually don’t have an issue with it being clean or professional but today the training was not shown to them. Seemed more worried about sitting down and being on the phone or hiding instead of doing job

Worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a meatball sub. I was told it would be a minute due to the meatballs needing warmed up. Wait a minute and they bring the meatballs out and make my sandwich. I drive back to my work 1 minute up the road to eatvmy sandwich before I go back in to work. The meatballs are ice cold. I wasn’t able to eat the sandwich and didn’t have time to fool with replacing it. Awful experience. The employees a woman and some young skinny boy was not friendly at all.

I didn’t think to catch the girls name, but the service was unmatched. When I walked in she was busy in the back, but promptly greeted me. She was very friendly and polite. She made my food quickly and exactly as I asked. 10/10. Excellent customer service.
